    Had this for 2 months and it doesn’t consistently work. The stove top does not get hot….like at all. And then sometimes it does. It all depends on it’s mood!

    Only lasted two years...

    We bought this stove in Dec. of 2021, so we've had it just outside of two years, with minimal use (we eat out a lot) and the main control board just went out... Not sure if this is common with Samsung products but for $1000 I'd expect a product to last longer than two years.

    This oven has stopped working 3 times now. I got it November 24th 2024 an i havent had it for a year yet. Samsung is refusing to fix it now.

    I would not purchase this range again or recommend it to anyone. The cook top I feel can not withstand the heat. I only had this range a week and the cook top has started to clip and spot. Samsung sent a tech out and will not exchange or replace the top. Very disappointed!!!

    Horrid glass top surface

    I missed the return window or it wouldn't be here. The surface is an absolute pain. Nightmare to ckean even with light, careful cooking. Every tiny splatter is difficult to remove. Tried 3 different glass top cleaners. The Frigidaire I had was 10x better. Lasted 17 yrs and glass top still looked new. This one already has discolorations that I can't get off without fear of scratching.

    We've only had the stove for 4 months and the burners are starting to mess up. When it is turned on to the highest setting for the quick boil it takes a long time to boil, but when were trying to cook on a low setting it turns so hot that it burns our food.

    I should have listened to the reviews. This oven is terrible. When trying to set the temp on the oven, it’s not just a simple touch. You have to repeatedly hit the buttons, sometimes 5 or 6 times. And it’s all the time, and then if we have things on the stove top boiling with steam when the oven is on, it will mess with the oven gauge, it will flash n blink, messing up the degree the oven is on. I hate it. It’s terrible. If I could take it back I would but it’s been over a year. So disappointed in Samsung. And I’m angry I spent the money. The only reason I don’t get another new one is because I’m moving in about a year, but the poor souls who get this stove. Don’t buy!!
