Stopped working

I bought this one year and 2 weeks ago and magically it started giving a c-f2 code and then went black. Now nothing works on it. No display no nothing it completely blacked out. Samsung warrenty expried. Bought the total protection plan from best buy and im reading tnere may be a charge for parts. Paid almost $1000 and now i cant even cook! Worst product ever

Low quality stove

Started cooking on Thanksgiving morning & noticed the oven wouldn’t heat above 215 & burners went cold. Flipped my breaker, unplugged the oven & plugged it back in & error message “bad line” showed up. Called the geek squad repair line & 2 weeks until a repair person can get out. Appointment is a 12 hour window. Ridiculous. Do not purchase.

Samsung Oven - not happy

Poor Customer Service

After 9 months the motherboard for the oven died. Samsung sent a repairman out to check and then told us the part was not covered but we could pay to have it fixed

Dimensions are misleading

Multiple dents in product

Called for replacement schedule appointment to have a replacement delivered appointment was cancelled for no apparent reason. Called and spent hours on the phone with BestBuy to for new appointment. After spending hours on the phone setting up the appointment new stove was delivered with an dent in the exact same place.

I got ripped off by Best Buy total care!

I also thought that by having total care it was covered and surprisingly Best Buy try to charge me over $600 for parts of labor once they charge me $84 to come diagnose the problem total care And this rage both are disappointing .

Don't buy it

Warranty wont help me because I cannot verify serial number. Serial number was in one place on a tag that just fell off during cleaning. There are plenty of other stickers with numbers and info that has not wore off. Why did they put the serial number on the least durable tag?

Depending on your needs, the display on your oven will show only the necessary functions. A power cycle can reset the display and get it working again if the display seems to be malfunctioning, such as incomplete digits. Please see the link for more details.

The description says that you can preheat from "wherever you are" using WiFi, but that is not the case. It also seems to take a long time for the oven to reach the set temperature.
