And now it doesn’t work and Samsung won’t fix it at all now. So I have to buy another range when this one is just 1 yr old. Junk! Run!

Not worth it

I’ve tried to love it for months thinking it might get better, but I just can’t get past the touch panel. The buttons will not work half the time, it takes me 3-4 attempts to get the oven preheating, air frying, anything. Not worth the frustration, and Samsung Support is zero help.

Need to purchase accessories

The BestBuy reps who delivered the Samsung Range only provided a general guide. Where can I purchase the Air Fry Tray and other accessories that are missing?

Although they are different from traditional gas cooktops, taking care of your electric or induction cooktop doesn't have to be too hard.

It scratches easily and the top film peels with cleaning. The 9 year old range we replaced had zero scratches or other blemishes (different brand). Would not recommend.

Glass Top is HORRIBLE

Don't Buy
