    We purchased in 2021. In October 24 it threw a c-f2 error which then very dangerously will turn the oven on unsolicited. Out of warranty. Purchased a $150 oem part to replace the touchpad. Nope. Lots of money for a short lived oven. Boo.

    The worst experience

    Horrendous!!! Over a period of 2 weeks, they've TRIED to deliver this stove THRICE. I'm not kidding - 3 times!!! Each time, the unit was damaged. It blows my mind as to how these units are stacked in a warehouse. And everyone you speak to passed the buck - From customer support to the warehouse to the delivery team. The stock response is - we're sorry, let's reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Seeing i originally ordered this item on october 11 and as of today december 1 i gave not recieved ut. I have been oromised 6 different delivery dates but still dont have it. In that case my review of the item is that it is terrible the oven doesn't geat. The stove top doesn't do anything all out it is yhe worst purchae i hace ever made

    This is a $750 paper weight. This unit has stop working 2x in 7 weeks. Best would not hp past 14 days. Samsung customer service is hands down the worst ever. Its over seas in India. I am telling you "DO NOT BUY THIS OVER" you will have to pull thr over out to un plug in weekly. Me i just want to use the stove and oven. Not do exercises at 7am to cook a egg. The over is bad. Samsung overseas customer service is worse. By the LG

    Not worth the price. Clean the stove top several times and the lines disappear. the air fryer is useless and the regular bake function is terrible.

    The worst melody!!!

    This oven plays the most annoying sound when preheated or timer us up. When you turn it off, sound is completely shut off making your timer useless. Why it cant beep like a regular oven makes no sense.

    Oven heat power plug questionable stainless steel

    Samsung is processing a return for 2 reasons. 1) when the oven is on, the entire external surface gets hot (sides, glass top and front); 2) The 3 prong plug does not fit snug into the power receptacle so I am unable to push the range back against the wall because the plug disengages. I was told to get an electrician to fix the receptacle. My previous GE Profile plug fit VERY snug. As for some other items which were unacceptable included how cheap the look and feel of the “stainless steel” is, which makes me wonder if it really is stainless steel. Perhaps only certain areas are stainless steel. Additionally, I was shocked regarding fingerprint issues…terrible. And hard to remove. I was happy with my 10-year-old GE PROFILE electric range and proved to be a good starting place for comparison. I am trying to get my GE returned to me by the installers because I just want to fix it. I texted the installers within 1/2 hour to bring back my GE but the only option was to call a local number which led me to a general voicemail. Who knows how long it will take for Samsung to pick up the new range and then how long to get my refund. I am not even going to use it. Will use alternate appliances I have until I get my GE Profile returned.

    Stay away from Samsung stoves

    I am writing this because there are never long term reviews, only immediately after the item was purchased. We purchased a similar Samsung stove a few years ago. In 5 years we have replaced the mother board and temp. shield 3 times. Samsung's response is to tell me I'm out of warranty and ovens take service sometimes. This was not user error. Stoves should last more than a few years. Samsung will not stand by their product. If you look on the Internet, this is happening to many Samsung stoves. It appears the heat shield is a problem.
