I have had this for a week and am enjoying it . Setup was east with no problems

I purchased this TV in 2016 and it's still going. I needed a bigger TV that was 3D capable at the time for my living room, that was also 4K and this was the most affordable TV I found. After over 7 years, this low-end TV is still working. There are a few minor things that prevent me from giving it a 5-star rating such as the brightness and poor sound. Other than that, I can't complain with this product.

The quality of the picture is very good, everything I expected.

I just bought this tv 4 days ago and am now returning it. The PQ looks great on a slow moving screen but the motion blur is about the worst I have ever seen. Others have mentioned that the hdmi cable is the cause of this problem. That was not the case for me since I have top of the line modern hdmi cables and it makes no difference. To put things in perspective my un55d7000 I bought in 2010 blows this tv away in every aspect, accept still or very slow moving scenes.

I just purchased this TV on 2/16/2016 and I'm amazed. This is my first 4k and it replaced my 42" Samsung plasma that I bought in 2009. That tv was pretty good, but this TV passes that by far. 3D isn't to bad, way better in the theater though. The plasma has better refresh rate, but I'm not complaining. Really great deal for under $1000, but I bought the 5 year warranty on top of that. I searched for a long time, many reviews and so on. Get this deal while you can, it is so worth it.

Great picture, easy to set up. Sound could be a little better but it's not bad.

Samsung - 60 Class (60 Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV - Silver . I got this in January $999. so far surpassing expectations . I was only looking for 4K Ultra HD couldn't find anything close in price with Samsung quality, throw in bonus features 3D and the smart TV options you get 5 stars to date

I finally got rid of my 27" boat anchor and bought the 60" Samsung. It has an amazing picture and still fits in small places.

Purchased the 55" sharp 4k and returned it a week later. very happy with this TV

This is actually a difficult review to pin-down. I gave it 4 stars simply due to the great value. It is probably a 3 to 3.5 star for actual picture quality, but at $1k it's a great value. The picture is simply a bit "muted" and I've tried and tried to tweak it to no avail. The motion blur is also a bit inconsistent. Again, as a value it's very good, but there are some compromises at this price point. I wouldn't recommend without the caveats stated above.

I guess i'm not use to the 4k since some of the movies i have seen look like a screen play meaning the movies that use green screen in the back ground is very noticeable with these 4k TVs

For the money you cant go wrong! Your getting 240 4k. Im not to happy with the quality of the tv you can tell that its not a true samsung. It looks good with the silver edging and The Picture is good but not great! Im going to bring my back and spend a little extra on 8000 or 8500.....SUHD ..lol whats next ...

This TV has alot going for it. It's a Samsung, it's 4k , it's from Best Buy and it was only $999. The best mid range television value I could find.

This TV have a really crsip picture quality. Great TV for the money.3D is bonus.

I bought this Television from best buy in February 2016. I'm coming from a 7 year old, 42" Dynex LCD and there is definitely a huge difference. It's bigger, it's brighter and it's smarter. However, the big push from the sales rep was that this TV will automatically upscale non-4K content to as near to 4K quality as possible. This simply is not the case. Non-4K content looks blurry and pixelated due to increased screen space and the same pixel count. I've extensively played with the settings and have not been able to upscale anything. Secondly, the sales rep repeatedly told me that this is the perfect TV for xbox one as xbox can play games in 4K provided it is being played on a 4K TV. Later to find out that xbox isn't even capable of rendering in 4K. That's obviously not the television's misdeed but it should be noted that best buy sales reps either 1) don't know what they're talking about - not good for business. or 2) are bold-face lying to their customers - really not good for business. Granted, I should have been a more informed consumer and researched these points myself but he seemed very sure of his knowledge and I got swept up in excitement. I could have easily paid much less money for a similar non 4k television as the only reason I got excited for the 4k was regarding playing games in that resolution. Overall, the TV is nice. It's a great size and performs as expected. However, not worth the price point given the lack of expected perks.

Initially TV looked great and worked well, and loved the new functions and features. However, after 2 days the TV lost all connection to all HDMI port feeds and loops continuously thorough the same cycle of trying to updates. Geek squad was called 3 times and connection restores intermittently but now nothing. They will be coming to replace or repair. I really don't like the lazy design of using a inferior Mini-port box to connect all 3 HDMI and optical ports and then connect one line to TV. Also, they are too lazy at Samsung to provide a hard copy of the 180 page manual as reading it online is just awful. I've spent thousands at Best Buy over the years and never had this type of issues. I've read also that this model is not true quality Samsung components but farmed out to some sub.

The TV functions well for the price paid. It has clear, and crisp pictures when watching HD tv.

Don't get me wrong, this tv looks great especially for the price. However, when i bought the tv and brought it home, one of the most important parts to the tv was not in the box. The one connect mini box was nowhere to be found. I had to call best buy, drive all the way back, and have them give me one out of another box. Come on Samsung, how did this TV pass inspection? I should be reimbursed for the gas money to drive back and forth for Samsungs mistake since this was not Best Buys fault. This happened at the West Hartford, CT store. BUYER BEWARE!

Ghost graphics, and less than the incredibly sharp picture you'd expect from a 4 K TV. I already have a 55" Samsung (not smart) that's 5 yrd. Old, and this one doesn't hold a candle. I believe the internal electronics are not true Samsung. Remember the adage, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. This puppy is going back for a true Samsung TV.

I was already to buy this TV- seems to be GREAT price! BUT - IT DOES NOT HAVE 3D. Luckily, this was pointed out by the salesman. He told me that he had even called Samsung to check, and there is a misprint in the specifications, If you don't want 3D, this would be great, but it doesn't work for me.
