Samsung is absolute trash
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My new Samsung tv got a bad pixel.....they sent a tech twice then replaced the panel...but guess what the panel is NOT THE SAME...it is a cheap piece of trash with horrible artifacts and background noise. It looks like a 2010 Element tv now, that is how they afford it the replacement panels are GARBAGE. Then they claim it's the same panel and will not replace the tv. So now I am stuck with this.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this tv delivery jan 25th bby work only 2 mintus when they hooked up after that did not work at all, and call to samsung customer support and she were not helpful at all and tell me my mini connector not working and is going take 14 business days to ship and i choose to return bb and i don't want to keep new tv work like that
