The pic quality and ease with which I can use Netflix or other internet sites to view my favorite shows is amazing!

When I first turned the tv on I was irritated to find the tv would constantly update and restart itself. It was late so I decided to unplug it and call Samsung the next day. The next morning, after plugging it back in, the tv started working but Netflix would not. This tv would've lost a star if it wasn't for the fantastic tech support from Samsung. Very helpful and fast at fixing the issue. As for the TV itself, it's absolutely great! For the low price I got 4K, 60" and 3D!! I really wanted to get a TV with SUHD but didn't want to spend the extra few hundred. But the picture quality on this tv is more than sufficient. Cable TV is awesome. Bluray and Netflix are superb. And it has all the functionality that a great Smart TV should. I couldnt be happier with this purchase.

Picture quality is super. I've enjoyed watching HD programming on it. Haven't tried it with non-hd stuff. Easy to set up too.

- Network connectivity works great when all is well, lose your internet connection during a session for whatever reason (IP company outage, bad weather, etc.) and the TV will hang for a while with no way to exit or gracefully recover without at least a soft power down and occasionally a hard, pull the plug power down. - When starting digital videos for example mp4s from a USB stick, there is a noticeable audio delay to an external device (via the dig audio output): would be nice if it could preload the video and get all the outputs ready before half playing it, perhaps implementing playlists would help to alleviate this issue. - Otherwise a great TV so far in 1 month of use.

I checked around and found several sales on 4k 60" TVs before Superbowl 50. This was the least expensive Samsung I found, and since Samsung had the best ratings everywhere, I bought it. The picture is far better than 1080 TVs when playing Blu-Ray, and the smart options work very well. Along with my simple Samsung soundbar/subwoofer, I have a great system for under $1200. Couldn't be happier!

Although I only have the TV for a couple of months, I am extremely satisfied with it. Great picture and a lot of features.

My wife and I were in the market for a new TV. I knew I wanted a 4K, but I was actually looking to buy a 65". We decided to stop by Best Buy, and that proved to be one of the best decisions we have made for a while. The TV was on sale for an unbelievable price, so we were hesitant to purchase it. But our sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of my (many) questions. The TV has a great picture and sound quality, without a surround system. So far everything is working great.

We have only had tv for 3 weeks and so far it is excellent. The up scaling works great and the 3d is amazing.

Bought the Samsung UN60JU7090FXZA (special for $999.99) and couldn't be happier. It is 240 HZ (really 120 HZ but that's marketing), 60", 4K, and 3D (glasses are NOT included). A few of the "high end" picture adjustments found on more expensive Samsung's are greyed out and not available but haven't needed them and the remote is only analog so it's not "smart". The picture is excellent. Best Buy delivered it on schedule, unboxed it, and removed my old large and heavy 60" Sony projection TV for free. I've had the Samsung for about a month now. I live in the country and have DSL through my land line phone for internet. My DSL is 5 meg and I have not had any issues with slow streaming or pauses. The TV is hooked up using the Samsung Wifi. Netflix streams great on the tv as well as Amazon and HBO GO. The tv looks great and has a number of HDMI, USB, and component hookups for equipment and my PS3. I have attached a 2 TB hard drive via USB that I loaded movies on and the Samsung works great to load the files in and watch the movies. I also have hooked up my PC to the Samsung using sharing through the WiFi to be able to watch movies and photos streamed from the computer in my study. This works well but could be better if Samsung had a more user friendly interface. Tried using the analog remote for internet browsing and gave up on that idea, too slow. Using the on screen keyboard and the up/down arrows on the remote is a pain. Bought a Logitech wireless USB keyboard with built in touch pad from Best Buy and now roaming the net on my Samsung is quick and easy. Yes, I could have spent thousands more but for the price, I am very pleased and recommend the 60" Samsung to anyone who is looking for a great, economical tv.

I love this television beautiful picture . Movies look great, video games clear and the 3D is amazing.

This tv had an excellent picture even on older programs. The upscaling adds new life to older movies.

I purchased this TV to replace a Samsung DLP unit that I had. This TV has incredible colors, super sharp and crisp images. The picture is truly amazing, excellent for movies and is also equally great for sports, no lag in the image at all and then the sports mode actually makes it even better than it already was. I visited a BB store to speak with someone regarding the product and looking for some reason NOT to purchase it. the one thing the rep said was that this particular model's warranty only covered the parts and not the labor, this was not a deal breaker for me since I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan which would have me well protected if there was a need for repair. Of course the quality of the sound is not what I am used to since my previous set has amazing sound quality. I'm a realist and completely understand that for slim TV's you have to sacrifice something, and that one thing is the sound. I decided to purchase the TV and bring it home to get a real fell of the sound in my home and no doubt that a Sound bar should also be purchased, not just for this TV but for all newer TV's. I will gladly be heading to BB to purchase a sound bar. Did I forget to mention that its a smart TV???? the EXTRA button on the remote shows extended information about the show that you are watching as well as the cast and it even shows live twitter feeds and you get to see what everyone's talking about. This TV's MSRP was $1,800.00 and purchased it at a great sale price of $999.99. I hope others took advantage of this price during the Super Bowl sale. I am glad that I didn't pass this one up. One happy Customer!!!!!!

You honestly can't find another 60' tv with such quality! If you sit this tv next to any other $3k tv and watch the same show with the same cable connection you honestly can't tell enough of a difference to pay an additional $1k - $2k more on a tv plus it's a Samsung need I say more !

Originally a wanted a 55' TV but the salesperson recommended this one to us and we are not disappointed. The picture nd sound are great and very easy to set up.

I like the TV and it had its problem at first. I had it 22 days and the picture went out and of course I am not an "Elite Member" at Best Buy so they refused to deal with me. NOTE IF YOU DON'T PAY EXTRA BEST BUY WON'T ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS. I did not read the fine print. Anyway I had to deal with Samsung repair directly. They fixed the TV replacing the display section within a week. The TV works and looks great again. I like the picture and and did a month of research before buying. I have not seen my problem mentioned by others in reviews. Hope it was just a bad part.

I was looking to upgrade my current TV and started looking to buy my first smart TV. I came across this one online on Best Buy and saw it was nearly half off the price in a sale. I decided to take the plunge and by my first smart TV and I have not been disappointed. Picture quality is outstanding. The sound is not bad but buying a sound bar definitely made the sound quality much better and I am very happy with this TV.
