Great Samsung quality, amazing UHD experience. Plenty of HDMI connections for my purposes (cable box, Apple TV, Blu-Ray and Wii U). Very pleased with the HDMI ARC passthrough for the Samsung soundbar...allows me to connect all of my devices without needing an HDMI switch.

The TV is great. It is a great size and the picture quality is great. I did change to a different setting to make it brighter. I was disappointed in the limited number of apps available from Samsung. That is why the 4 instead of 5 star

The UN60JU6500 4K TV has a very good looking picture being it's their low end series. At the same time, it doesn't get near Sony's XBR series and their ability to upscale coupled with triluminious. Overall, for the price this is a nice TV.

Beautiful picture. People almost seem as if they are in the room as we are watching a program.

Ordered online and had to pick up at store. Ok...2 weeks later screen got green lines of death. Bestbuy was a pain to work with but we're happy to exchange the item. New tv works great: 4 stars. Bestbuy ease of working with: 3 stars.

We are really enjoying the Samsung TV. It has all the features we wanted and has been excellent even for a newbie to the smart tv world. I love the "Sports" button to enhance the viewing of sports events.

After seeing this in person at the local Best Buy, I decided to bring home this 4k 60" TV. The set up was fairly easy. The picture quality is amazing and very easy to navigate with the remote. I recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a TV.

Have only owned the tv for just over a month and already needs repair. Woke up one morning, turned on TV and it said HDMI connection error. Replaced cable, no fix. Called Geeksquad, they put me the phone with a technician. Tried a few things and said the circuit board needs to be replaced. We will ship you one. When you receive it, in about 7 days, call us and we will schedule a technician to come out and replace it. This is the second TV that I bought from Bestbuy. The first one had issues and had to be returned. A circuit board should not have to be replaced within a month.

We had our Samsung products installed by Geek Squad. They had to mount on a tile wall over our fireplace and included a sound-bar. They did a professional job and the TV is the most clear picture we have ever experienced.
