Good with the bad

Stitched around until we found a setting we liked. Glorious picture now. Sound is another matter. Weak at best and from Blu-ray, DVD or online the sound is so low that you have to use the amplify setting and turn the volume all the way up. Something not right about that.

This TV is definitely SMART and has all the features that I was looking for - I highly recommend this TV.

Great flat screen Smart TV

I did some basic research and chose the Samsung based on reviews and quality of what I saw in the store. This was VERY easy to set-up and install.

Something weird about Samsung tv’s

Only in the past 2 years I have watched it approximately 3 hours a day. I started getting burnt out bulbs that has progressively gotten worse! This is a complaint a lot of customers has had, I’ve seen by reading reviews. Samsung will not respond to complaints.In 2020 Samsung updated my TV remotely without my permission and took away a lot of options that I paid for when I purchased the TV. Screen sizing, mirroring and other features. Then, as of about a month ago fall of 2022 my TV “no longer supports” several apps. Hulu, HBO max and others. So that means rwhen you purchase a TV the TV maker can change you TV options anytime they wan!!even though you paid thousands of dollars for the options
