We love our TV but you have to make sure you get a good quality HDMI cable to get the best picture.

The tv brings the movies to life. The picture is clear and also has a sports mode which makes picture even better. I would recommend this tv.

Picture quality was great on this TV but I can't give it a good review if it doesn't last me more than two years. I pad 1800 for this TV and literally haven't paid off the 2 year financing yet and already have to foot bill to get a new board. I have a 6 inch blue vertical line going through the bottom center of the TV. Thought Samsung was of good quality but obviously I was wrong. Only a 1 year warranty and Best Buy won't help out. Complete B.S. Never buying a Samsung TV nor will I ever buy one from Best Buy as they can't stand behind a product. I understand its out of warranty but I have made spent a lot of money at Best Buy

Colors are wonderful, but continue to have issues with the internet part.

It was pretty decent truth be told, it showed 4K and most 1080 pretty well but I felt the upscaling engine had trouble with 720 and 480 content. After a few middlemen tvs I ended up with the Samsung js8500 which is wonderful

This TV has an excellent picture, unlike other TVs that I have purchased in the past. Customer service was extremely helpful, too.

The television would look lost in a large room but for a small, cozy, room... it's perfect to give you that BIG movie feel

My first big screen TV and I am very happy with my selection!

Sales rep was great! t.v. was to be delivered and installed next morning. Waited all day, nothing happened. Called and made arrangememnts to have it delivered next afternoon, didn't show. Stopped into store to find out what was going on. After a lengthy wait, still couldn't find out what was going on. Scheduled another delivery time for next week. Finally was installed by two very nice young gentleman. Asked if we could get a discount on delivery charges, since we had so wait so long, said they would look into it. Never heard anything. Were also supposed to get a gift card for using the Best Buy credit card. That has also not happened! We have purchased many big ticket items, in the past, but probably think twice about doing so in the future !.

This tv has a fantastic picture. This is fourth Samsung we have bought within 2 years and very happy with each purchase.

Picture is brilliant, setup was easy. So many features I have not found them all yet. A few months and I am still amazed.
