This is the greatest TV ever. Picture is perfect and the definition is unbeliavable. Awesome tv very glad I got that!

I bought this TV a little over a year ago. Fantastic picture, even the sound without a soundbar is pretty good. The tv looks sleek. About a week ago, the screen went fuzzy and turned off, left with a blinking red LED. I did some research and it seems to be a common problem with transistors and the power supply. Luckily I purchased the geek squad extended warranty, and they're fixing it. Maybe I'm old fashion, but I think a roughly $2,000 TV should last longer than a year.

I have always wanted a 4k TV since they were introduced! Everything from video games to blu ray movies looks awesome!

My husband and I love the smart tv features and the crystal clear picture. It is the perfect size for our great room.

I have been real pleased with the large screen and the sharp picture that this TV has. The colors are excellent too.

I bought samsung to replace my mitsubishi and it was a great choice, the picture is a massive upgrade. Very happy.

Outstanding value...great picture and lots of useful features. Got it on sale for $1200.00. Just can't beat that.

My TV is not even 2 years old, and a blue vertical stripe has appeared on my TV. I have read and researched what I could possibly do to salvage this television. I contacted Samsung customer service and received their boiler plate reply. Knowing this was going to cost money and an indefinite wait time in using one of their "authorized" repair facilities, I have chosen to admonish Samsung and all other TV manufacturers by this review. Certainly I have no illusions that any electronic product should last like they used to (sarcasm). However, to spend possibly $200+, wait for however long it will take to repair it, for a TV that demonstrates the lack of commitment to quality is unacceptable. The internet is saturated with complaints regarding electronics. and certainly not only Samsung. TV's like this model aren't cheap, and the expectation for an investment like this to last beyond two years is not unreasonable. Defects similar to mine appear fairly common, and that is sad. The recourse is to live with it, pay the costs to have it repaired, or buy a new TV. If I choose to go with the latter option, it will not be a Samsung. I know many have Samsung products that have been dependable, and have provided many years of service. I truly envy you. Thank you Best Buy for allowing this review.

I love the picture quality even better then the 55'' LG TV that I had. I especially love the 4k quality of it.

Bought this when my plasma set fried. Easy to set up, and has a great picture and sound.

Love this tv, great crisp picture, even at angles. Remote control is great, buttons light up in the dark..

It replaced my older led tv. The 4k is fantastic with great picture (color and depth) and setup is easy.

Sometimes the volume does not work to increase or decrease the volume and I need to unplug it than plug it back in. Also not every cable or satellite provider has 4k streaming so I had to change providers. I switched from dish network to direct tv.

Great quality. So far so good. No problems at all with it. Lets hope if last for a long time. I love it.
