I've not bought a new tv for a few years, & wow the quality difference! Every item I've read reviews for has at least a few 1-2 Star Reviews... The only prob I have with this tv is sometimes the picture is *too* good, & you can see the pores on ppl's noses & every little wrinkle or blemish....

Since I purchesed this smart tv to replace my old smart tv which developed a huge purple spot on the screen I have been unable to operate my smart features. I have contacted best buy, geek squad, Samsung and my cable provider and no one has been able or willing to help. The smart features on my old tv worked great so I don't think it's the cable. The whole thing had been frustrating. This will be the last best buy and Samsung purchase I will ever make.

Since 4k won't be streamed through cable or direct tv for some time now, I wish I would have gone with the smaller tv at a less expensive price

This tv is great! Not only does it have all the smart tv apps like Netflix and Hulu but it also has a small App Store with games and other stuff. Pro's - Picture quality is amazing. - Good Size - quality construction Con's - A little thick - stand is ok

the picture is very clear especially when watching in HD. Only wish sound was better.

Good tv but little after a few weeks of owning it, the power won't power on. Sometimes it'll turn on n most of time won't.

I love it. It is a great picture and is very interactive. It has everything I need.

I truly recommend this TV, the color is beautiful very accurate. I tried the 4K programming on Netflix and it looks amazing. I can't wait Until more programming is in 4K, I have a TV ready to go.

Best Buy had the best price for the TV I bought. It would not have been necessary to even "price match" the purchase price from someone else. I checked the price at Sams and , Walmart and then went to Best Buy. It was competitive with the 2 indicated.

Great tv as it has great clarity and sound. The web browser runs smooth. Netflix streams well, but having trouble with YouTube as it always says there is an error even though the ads run well. Great tv for its value and I haven't had any trouble from it as of yet *knock on wood* but do your research as it will come handy upon your decision.

We will never have to pay to go to the movies again. The picture on this TV is better than the picture at the theaters. If you can't afford the higher end this one is perfect. Add a good sound system and wow.......

Excellent picture. Easy setup. I would definitely recommend.

After 1 month, the power just shut off. Will have to watch to see if this becomes a problem
