I had a great customer service every time I visit my Best Buy store. They always try their best to answer every question that I had. Best Buy also have the best and lates quality and prices of every other store.

Amazing quality, amazing size , fit for big family !

TV audio is connecting via optical to blueray. not via HDMI cable. also not able to see the picture/video on tv when the disk play via blueray. I have the same product samsung tv 46 inch no smart tv but it works fine video and audio connecting to bluray.

The TV I mean. 2nd Samsung we have and never disappointed. The 60" is replacing the 55". Both working perfectly. Lightweight and hooked right up into our Samsung surround from the ARC HDMI output.

My husband and I searched for weeks for the perfect tv at the right price. After all our research we finally made the decision to purchase this TV. Definitely think we made the right choice.

I went into the store to buy a lower priced Samsung 1080p tv, so glad that the Best Buy employee took time to walk me through all of the tv options. This is a wonderful tv at a great price!

Works fine after learning temperature control settings especially for freezer settings .do not pack food tightly ,must have room for air to circulate. so far temperature is very stable.

After 5 years this TV is still going strong except for a problem with the smart hub, would buy a Samsung again. Curtis

I wasn't looking to buy a TV when I went in, however the picture caught my eye. It is a newer TV (minus 3D) and I fell in love with how REAL the pictures looked, and the people!

I bought this item for a cancer victim benefit auction so I haven't used it myself. Only thing I can tell you is that the managers at the Sioux City, IA store helped a lot so I could buy on sale and auction buyer didn't have to pick up for 5 weeks after the sale. Went very smooth. Thanks.

The 4K smart TV is great. I wanted 60inch screen but without the 4K broadcasts there is a blur on screen with up close and movements.

This TV gives a tremendously clean and crisp picture. Large enough to see clearly across two rooms. Easy to use remote, and easily programmed with Xfinity remote as well.

Couple things I don't like: the pixilation during movement is horrible. Makes me feel like a have vertigo. Nobody seems to have a good answer for it. And I can't get it to synchronize to my Samsung sound bar. Through therapy it gets a little more off and it's very annoying.

The TV: PROS: Amazing Picture. My girlfriend always says she can't tell the difference between a DVD picture vs Blue Ray. But when I played 4k content on this thing she was blown away! The most important thing to remember is that there is not much 4k content out there right now. That being said, I watched a football game on espnhd and it looked good too. Not as sharp as 4k content but still good. Quick Smart Hub: The smart hub definitely feels more responsive then previous models. Also the youtube app, after loading once, was much quicker to load thereafter. CONS: Not too big a fan of the black encasing, I prefer the silver, but I can't hold that against it because that's how it comes. Not much 4k content, but again, this is future proofing for when 4k is standard. Can't hold that against the TV. The Buying Process: Going into buying a TV I was already leaning towards Samsung and Sony. As the Sony models only go from 55" to 65" to 75", I had to cross those out. I compared 3 models online and in-store with an associate: UN60JU6500FXZA UN60JS7000FXZA UN60JS8000FXZA The "S" that you see on the 7000 and 8000 series Samsung models stands for their nano-cyrstal technology. Which long sales story short, gives you 25% more color, or "more crayons in the box" to work with. In addition, the only major difference in the 8000 series is that it is 120hz native. Personally, I don't like the smooth picture all time. Long Story Short, If you can live without 25% more color and 120 refresh rate 24/7, This is the better Samsung Model to take.

the channel not so clear but it is easy to put togther

2 stars only because the picture is awesome on this tv. Unfortunately the tv will randomly turn off while you're watching it and when you contact Samsung they will tell you that you need to manually download an update to a usb drive and install the update yourself. I was also told that updates are not always online instead they're offline meaning you have to download the update to a usb drive and install it yourself. So if you do buy this don't mount the tv where you can't get at the usb ports.

Excellent view and resolution. Great buy! Having direct access to YouTube is a plus. However, if you have kids be mindful to set up parenting controls.

Love our new new tv I turn it on every morning at 4am to watch the weather station and leave it on for other family members to watch when they get up.

I bought this few months back, enjoying it, even it shows some ugly faces beautiful during the election time. best buy is always best buy
