Mostly like it

Sound quality is not so great, so we do have to use the soundbar quite often. Wish I had heard of the Roku before buying this. We don't use it for internet, just for streaming movies, so the Roku on a regular TV would have saved us a ton of money. Live & learn, I guess.

Terrible / Inferior Product

Samsung did nothing to assist with a repair or replacement. A product should last more than two years for the amount of money spent on this. Samsung offers a poor product and a terrible customer service. Samsung is a terrible company to deal with.
