Your companies customer service is terrible and I will never buy another product from you.

I replaced a 50" plasma. Selecting this one in the store was a little confusing. There was a little pressure to select the curved screen or a newer model, but I couldn't see any difference with this one. Buying was easy. The delivery was aggravating since they never called, even though the emails said they would call to give a more specific window. I ended up having to call the store twice. The actual delivery and setup was fine and fast. They removed the old tv and the box. I do wish I had cut the serial number off the box. I had difficulty setting up Netflix. I sent Samsung a help request. Someone called within a few minutes, and walked me through the process to let them take over my tv remotely. Within 15 minutes, the tv was setup. Picture is really great in a very sunny room. I am ok with the sound and the angled views are as good as my old Plasma.

I picked up this tv today from best buy today and replaced an older 50 inch Plasma TV. This new TV is amazing!! The colors and clarity is awesome and the blacks are as good as the plasma. I had the TV set up in only an hour or so and setup in minutes by connecting online. Was streaming movies and turned on basketball playoffs and just amazing motion and color. The value for this tv is great. I am sure there are a few better tvs out there but not for the price. It was cheaper than what I paid for plasma 7 years ago.

The service was fair when purchased. The sales person was not very knowledgeable about accessories needed to use this as part of a home theatre system resulting in 3 more trips to the store.

I wasn't happy at all with the tv. The picture is juddery and the color whatever you do don't look natural

I first bought a Vizio and wasn't happy with the picture. Returned it and paid the 200 more for this and was very pleased. Easy set up. Very well built and lightweight for such a large TV . excellent crisp colors and image with the upscale 4k. Very thick and sturdy stand. Apps and browser all worked seamlessly. Picked up a 20 dollar wireless keyboard for the built in browser. Overall this seems to he the best entry level 4k tv out there.

Mine came with a defect, i couldn't make the stand fit in the tv. I had to return it.

I purchased this TV about a week ago as an upgrade from my 50" Samsung plasma. so far I am very impressed. excellent picture quality. the most notable feature in addition to the sharp picture is the TVs smooth refresh rate, especially when playing blu rays. the most surprising feature is the sound. the speakers in the tv deliver crystal clear sound and actually have some good base. I plan on getting a sound bar in the future either way. I was surprised because the sound in my previous Samsung plasma wasn't that great. the smart features are an added bonus as well. all in all, very good tv especially for the price.

Originally bought a Sharp TV since it was slightly cheaper, but I ended up not being happy with the picture and returned it. Switched to the UN60JU6500FXZA and am so happy I changed. The picture is great and I wouldn't change back for anything.

I always read customer reviews when buying anything. Everything everyone said about this TV is true. I bought it on line sight unseen. It has the best picture I've seen anywhere. The delivery guys set it up in less than 10 minutes. You can't go wrong with a Samsung.

Very clear picture, Any moving or sports we can find blur on screen, other then very thing very good. Smart app some time sucks. USB HDD accessing very fast and awesome. TV speaker very good sound and clear. when I brought 1599$ now 1399$ sp compare 1399$ its best TV compare Sony or LG. Every one saying Sony 850 is very good, but when I compare the TV videos in person. Samsung much better. Sony not improved in 4K TV. All comments by experience after 1 month of use

The picture quality is incredible! The TV do enhance a better picture quality without a 4k signal. You can see the difference between 1080P HD and 4k. I purchased the Samsung upscaling DVD player and it does increase the quality of the picture. The Smart TV features are easy to use. The menu system is easy to navigate to find the adjustments you want to tweak. This TV is Awesome and user friendly.

This TV is absolutely stunning. We finally replaced our 60" Sony Bravio rear projection which was gorgeous in it's time and couldn't be happier. The setup is so easy. We have an xbox one so we're use to the smart apps. This TV even makes bad looking commercials sharper.

Wow! We watched Jurrasic World on Blue-ray DVD shortly after mounting the TV and it was AMAZING. It was as though the the dinosaurs were just outside a picture window. Installation was a piece of cake, just plugged it in and it worked.

Love this television. Perfect size for the living room. We were in the process of switching over from AT&T Uverse to DirecTV and learned that the Samsung had a built in wireless box for DirecTV and knew that was our choice. Picture clarity is great, the kids love the smart features, especially for You Tube.

Replacement for a Sharp aquos, hands down beats it on every level. Picture is superb. sound is really good, only downside is my internet connection is not fast enough to get connected, recomends 25 mbs. even the old movies are very crisp and clear, some tv shows and movies that wernt filmed with quality devices show the deficiencies of the format they were recorded with. has some "juggering" which is not too bad, DVDs look as good as at the movies. movies like top gun and edge of tomorrow are insanely clear and crisp. Very Satisfied overall!! Family and friends have come over and now want one!

My husband can't be happier watching soccer games on this TV and I love how the picture and sound comes across. Great buy.

I read all reviews. The ones who didnt like it 5 stars. I had none of those problems. Can not wait for more 4k. But it does have upscaler. Which helps. Gaming. Dvds. Blu ray. All amazing. I have been turned to samsung. Love this tv.

Excellent price! Best Up sampling out of all the 4k TV's. The 4k content via Netflix is breathtaking. The Hd content anywhere else is up sampled which is absolutely amazing and a major plus! The ps4 works beautifully with this Tv. Samsung has done an amazing job.

we purchased this TV after our 72" DLP started to. The color and clarity on this TV are fantastic, I didn't realize what i was missing. Sometimes it feels very lifelike.
