Deceiving refresh rate - 60Hz
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't be fooled by Samsung's 120hz "Motion Rate". This is a 60hz panel. You'll notice it when watching fast scenes or sports. It's better to go with a true 120hz refresh rate panel than this TV.

No Universal Remote capabilities!

So you have to use the Samsung TV remote to adjust volume. Then you have to use your cable remote to change channels. It really is unbelievable that a new UHD TV would not have this standard feature or capability!

Smart TV is not that smart
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really ? Yes, I have bought it during the bf and could not get the smart hub to work. I had a vizio 4k tv and worked flawlessly with internet apps like Netflix,amazon prime,etc... I spent almost an hour to tshoot the issue with these apps but no luck "smart hub being updated, please try again" ... I will be returning this product and buy vizio 4K. My adv to samsung sales team.. DO NOT advertise samsung TVs are smart TVs until smart hub design team make them smart!

Worst TV ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this tv for less than TWO months and I've already been on the phone with Samsumg FOUR times already. The volume bar disappeared. The clicking noise the volume makes when you higher or lower the tv is also gone. The tv turns off by itself. I don't have captions turned on the tv and its appearing gibberish on the screen. THIS IS THE WORST TV EVER!
