A nice HD television for the cost. I will be hooking up my own audio because the internal speakers have a rumble sound on certain broadcasts.

I bought this as a open box item so I got a pretty good deal. If I had paid full price I would not be satisfied with the picture quality.

B.B. advertised this online forr over 3 weeks before my local store could finally order it, then we had to wait another 1 1/2 weeks for delivery set-up. We're very happy with our purchase so far.. Remote is smaller & keys are of like size for a little more difficult operation than other remotes. Delivery/Setup guys were courteous, & very good. They set it up the way they believed & usually did.. Didn't pay enough attention to way i wanted needed it hooked up. Easy for me to change.. Upon setup you'll need to tone down some of the settings , as they're set to 100% which isn't good for TV.. The guys say they usually recomend & leave it @ those settings for burn in ?????? Quality of TV seems to be very good [hope it lasts longer than our last LED TV, 4-5 years] as this is getting expensive.. We'll be filling our landfills @ a quicker rate with this life span. Everyone is spoiled with these big screens now, so there'll be no going back to CRT sets... My Wife is happy with this set, which makes me happy also !! We didn't want or need the 3-D playability so it was foolish to spend way more money on 1 of the other Samsung 65" er's, this fits our needs wonderfully. This set only has 2 HDMI ports, so plan accordingly & beaware... We channeled our HDMI's through our Pioneer HT-822 which solved that problem plus it sounds way better than any Soundbar we've looked/listened to. We have TV set up to Charter Cable & HD OTA signals; with ecellent pictures on both !!

We bought this for our customer lounge area Unhappy with the picture quality . Cable company came out and check connection. We adjusted the controls on the TV . Was better bit still poor .4 days later it just turned off while changing channels I returned it and got the. 60" lg smart tv. Way best picture. Best buy geek squad. And the local store was great to work with

I was a little confused when I kept reading negative reviews about this tv where a lack of features & inputs are concerned. I thought, "Doesn't it tell you all of that in the ad?" (It does.) I would say this is a "no frills" tv except for the fact that the mere fact that it's 65 inches in diameter is, itself, a pretty awesome frill! You & I both know that Samsung leads the hdtv industry. That said, there's no doubt they produce a lemon now & again - just like any other company. And it sounds like a few of the folks writing reviews on this tv may have gotten one. Fortunately, I got one that works perfectly. Watching Monday night football, the picture was so clear I felt like I was looking through an open window. The colors are vibrant. And the blacks are, well, black. The factory sound is more than adequate. We've got an almost 400 sf Family Room with two huge skylights. This tv delivers an equally incredible picture during the day as it does at night. Bottom line: what you've got here is an outstanding product with very basic features for an LED HDTV. But, that's exactly what I was looking for. I had no interest in 3D, app's, "smart" technology, etc. I simply wanted a great product at a great price. And that's exactly what was delivered to my door. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The screen was so cheap that my 6 month old threw a toy at it and broke the screen! I called best buy and they said Samsung doesnt cover the screens, now I know why! Don't buy this tv, spend a little extra and get a good quality tv

This Samsung 65' is one of the best bargain on the net right now, Especially if you catch it onsale at Best buy for 1599.99. At this price there shouldnt be any whinning. It has bright clear, smooth vivid colors if you take the time to adjust it to your liking. I did a lot of researching and every time i come back to this tv since i didnt want to pay for smart tv feature on a tv. I believe TV's are made as Monitor not Savy Computer simply as that. Blue rays, Game Console should handle Smart Tech programs that just my 2 cents. anyway, I highly recommended this tv for the price and pic if you are on a budge. you can't go wrong.
