First, the picture quality is amazing, especially if you select a 4k source like a Netflix 4k video. Up-scaling, which is probably the most important feature in a 4k right now, is excellent for HD (1080) sources, which will likely be your primary content source. When viewing any 4k tv in the store, you will want to see a sample of up-scaling. The demo material is usually in 4k for best picture, so ask to see something in a lower resolution, like 1080. (I was able to stream a 1080 trailer in the store to see the up-scaling for myself.) SmartTv features and settings - The navigation is straight forward and I have not had any problems finding what I need. It comes loaded with streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Youtube, etc. My experience using them through the tv was comperable to the PS3 apps. (You can download more apps from Samsung, but I haven't yet.) The only issue I have had has been with the remote pointer feature. You can use the remote to point at the screen and move your cursor with gestures instead of the buttons. I have found that if you use this for several minutes straight, the cursor can start getting out of sync. (example: you point at the center of the screen and the cursor is far right) This will correct itself with the next use, but is annoying when it happens. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. I think this UHD tv hits the sweet spot for performance/features vs price. (The SUHD tvs looked slightly better side by side in the showroom, but were twice the cost for a comparable size)

Wasn't very familiar with the whole smart tv thing. My sales representative explained a little to me but only show much i was able to soak in. Once i got the tv delivered and installed it was on from there! Downloaded the Netflix, Facebook and Playstation apps. The PS app was simple to use just with a ps3 controller. I also love the smart remote that Samsung provides with the TV. Great sharp, clear and vibrant smooth picture in action scenes and sports. 1000% recommend to a friend

Great TV at a good price. The picture is the best that I've ever seen... blacks are very true and deep, 3D is perfect, and the smart TV features (internet browsing, apps) have been flawless. I had read some reviews that people had issues with setup and the command module, but this wasn't the case for us. In fact I bought 3 of these TVs and gave 2 away as Christmas gifts to our children. Everybody loves them.

the first Samsung we purchased had many problems, after visit to another Best Buy store, we got the answers we were looking for..... ended up getting a exchange... this new Samsung is just awesome... the picture is so clear,,, love the 3 d feature and Smart TV options

I have a handfull of other 1080P flatscreens in my home, which have been nice, with a good picture, but at least for now, you can't beat the crispy clean clarity of 4K... I do gotta say, i love this TV... I waited in debate for a while deciding when i was going to pull the trigger on a 4K, & finally i felt it was time... I've had this TV now for about a month & i have no regrets... It has a lot of options so you can customize the settings to your liking, youtube etc loads pretty fast, & the HDMI/USB/Optical hub it comes with is nice too, it makes adding devices easier esp if your tv is mounted on a wall. My only complaint is the remote, it doesn't have number pads, it's all done on-screen with the Nintendo Wii style remote, I'm used to it by now but still wish it had number pads... All in all this is a great 4K Smart TV... If you get all of your settings right, you'll love the picture quality, hands down...

This Samsung TV is a wonderful TV, especially for the price. It has a clear and sharp picture, the smart TV suite is intuitive and not too crowded, and the included remote is great (It has a pointer and click feature which makes it really easy to use). The only problems that I have noticed with it are that one, the Netflix app sometimes gives an error if it is launched right after the TV is turned on. But it works just fine if you re-open the app. Also, the system insists on telling you if you are on an input, and there is no signal from that input, which sometimes gets in the way of doing other things (like accessing apps). All around a great TV and well worth the price!

My internet was a little tricky at first, and I'm not sure if it was my provider or the TV. However, it straightened itself out after a day and has been perfect ever since. I switched the settings to some that I found through one of the previous comments. That helped a bunch, as the "soap opera" effect was too much for my wife to handle. The remote works well and has some cool features. I haven't really used the Smart TV part for anything other than Netflix, but I upgraded that to the UHD package and it looks incredible. I can't compare to any other UHD TVs, but I can't imagine it getting any better than this.

This is the best TV I have ever had. The smart remote with a pointer is much better to use than old remotes. The only thing I don't care for is no numbers on the remote so I use my DirecTV remote most of the time. The HTMI hook up is great with a small box with ONE cable going to the TV back. This makes for shorter HTMI cables and less cables in the wall. The 4K Ultra HD TV Picture is the BEST.

The TV is great. The picture is great. The online interface is great. My only issues are that is hooks up funny with my Samsung sound bar and it take a few buttons to get everything turned on correctly. The other is that because of the smart tv and 4k the loop between TV and channel sometimes closes and directv won't let me watch channels on the TV. I have to turn the tv off and on to get it to work again.

I bought this TV after spending quite a bit of time researching and going in store to ask questions about many different units. Overall I'm happy with the picture quality. The sound leaves something to be desired, especially if fans or an AC unit are running in the room with the TV on. I am likely going to invest in a sound bar to mitigate that. Upon set-up I was having a lot of trouble getting certain apps to connect to the internet. I gave up and plugged in my old Roku but will dig out an ethernet cable and hopefully the apps work better then. The remote is pretty nice and intuitive, similar to a Wii remote. You may need to work with the menu settings a bit to get your desired outcomes in terms of picture and sound and general settings, but it isn't too difficult to do so. This also has a little box to plug all of your HDMI cables in which I'm fond of because then I don't have to crawl around my TV looking for a free one. This also cleans up the cable mess so there isn't much of one you can notice from the front. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to testing out new settings and features on it.

I love this TV. No big problems. I recommend having at least a soundbar or better for quality sound. but that is expected. Great picture. I love the SmartTV part of it. Streaming Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube is so easy.

Love Samsung and this is my latest buy moving from 40" to the 65 due to moving to larger home. Great picture and love the new one cable to the TV from the little HDMI box. Makes everything neater.

Color contrast is as expected with deep blacks. TV remote also supports a point and click controls. Active 3D glasses doesn't seem to be a big difference in brightness compared to polarized 3D glasses. The HDMI hub extension makes it a lot easier to plug in devices without reaching all the way behind the TV. Makes it easy if you have your TV mounted to the wall. This also makes it a bit less nerve wrecking if you haven't mounted your TV to the wall, as the TV does wobble a bit from any nudges, since it's top heavy.

The picture quality is fabulous and the smart TV is very interactive and easily mastered.

After searching and comparing 4k 65" televisions both online and side by side at Best Buy, I decided to proceed with this Samsung. I have purchased Sony, LG, Toshiba TV's in the past, but in my opinion, Samsung is clearly better than all. Especially their smart TV's. Could not be happier and I enjoy watching my new TV everyday:-)

It took me two years and a lot of research to decide upon a tv to replace my 32" JVC. I cannot say enough about this TV. It is awesome. Just have to figure out all it can do!!

great tv for the price, make sure that you switch your cable to hd to notice the difference

Great tv for the money. Lots of custom functions. There are many smart TV apps to choose from and the modem latency is minimal.

This was my first smart tv, and it has not disappointed!
