I have been very happy with this tv. Plus it includes 3D. One of my favorite features is to plug in USB drive with video files and it plays.

I will always buy Samsung TV's. The picture is amazing, I didn't have cable for a week just an antenna and with that alone the picture was crystal clear. People have said the speakers aren't that good and to a point that is true but they aren't made to have the bass, that's what surround sound systems are for but they do get loud. I do a lot of research on products that I want to buy and by far this one is the best tv out there for this price range. Don't second guess yourself just buy it. By the way BestBuy customer service is awesome.

No complaints. TV looks sharp quality of video is great as well. My only issue is I tried to submit a request for support on two separate occasions through the menu on the TV and never heard from anyone.

As someone who appreciates the 3D gimmick, I was thrilled to find a TV that handles it well PLUS being 4k and HDR capable. 4k - Looks amazing! Games and movies built for UHD are crazy good looking on this set. HDR - It might be me but in UHD movies I often find the HDR to look frustratingly dark overall. I'm constanly fiddling with the settings to get the HDR just right. Games however tend to fare better in my tastes, though that could be because they typically have more settings to tweak for the best picture. 3D - It's an Active 3D set which means you need battery powered glasses that are compatible with the TV. The good news is that for the most part, the 3D looks great! Especially animated or stop motion movies like Nightmare Before Christmas or ParaNorman. The bad news is the TV tends to have some image-doubling or fading in either foreground or background. The worse news is the glasses are hard to find and usually very pricey. The only real downside I'd say about this TV is that on the right third of the screen you can tell there is a slight dimming situation. As if the backlight of that panel isn't matching the same output as the far left or center panels. It doesn't kill your watching experience but for someone picky like me, once you see it it's a constant annoyance. *I use an Xbox One X for nearly all my movie watching/game playing on this TV.*

Nice TV. I really like the apps and TV controls/settings. 4K videos from YouTube are awesome on this TV. I don't like the smooth motion feature and some of the upscaling is a little grainy.

I am disappointed with Samsung's quality control and customer service. My unit was defective from the moment I removed it out of the box. The included stand was crooked. The audio was not automatically detected from devices connected to the source inputs. This was most likely a handshake issue within the audio interface. I exchanged the JU7100 for a JS8500. Now, all of my issues are solved. The JS8500 seems to be built better, and appears to have improved picture quality over the JU7100. I also game on my JS8500, and I am unable to distinguish any difference of lag between the two units.
