    We had an excellent experience in the store. The clerk that sold us our tv and console was wonderful. If you buy a tv stand it is definitely worth the money to have them assemble it.

    Love the 4k display its amazing. We are impressed the remote is just hard to get used to....and using it as a super remote with lack of additional buttons is hard to do.

    The 4K Ultra picture is far and away better than last years smart TV's. The detail is pretty incredible, as is the color. It is difficult to watch previous technology with out feeling short changed. I only have the TV for a month now, so I hope it services well ...time will tell.

    I wish I had been told I needed mounting kits. I had to go to Homedepot to find screws to attach brackets to the back of the tvs to mount them onto our stands.
