It seems as if this television was made just for me.

Good picture but I don’t know if it’s the firmware or what exactly but the apps in smart hub intermittently quit. There is also a lag between button press when switching between menu icons (I have fresh batteries in the remote control)

Great tv and sound combination, price is just right

Bought the 65" Samsung after I saw it on the open box shelf with a nice discount. I upgraded from a 55" Samsung the difference is pretty big :) Picture Quality is much better than my old TV.

Looking forward to getting future 4K content to eventually take full advantage of TV's capabilities.

This TV replaced my 6 year old Samsung Plasma and Wow. You can not go wrong with this Tv.Tons of features and amazing picture with a firmware update soon coming from Samsung to add HDR to this set.

Samsung updated software and we lost NET FLIX. Geek squad required to come to house to reprogram TV.

We bought the floor model we had trouble figuring out how to get it out of the floor model demo setting but ending up figuring it out so we could actually use it but it's an awesome tv so far

Sound does not come on unless you shut down and turn on again. Haven't contacted best buy yet.

My Samsung TV was a product used as display and went on sale. I got the best deal ever and this is one of the best 4k Smart TV I've every had. I works great and picture is the greatest.

I have enjoyed this product for a few weeks and still getting to know what it is capable of.

The mini box that comes with it is a bad idea. Just had to zip tie to mount and works fine

Ordered this TV waited for it to come in and then it was delivered and set up in my house. As soon as the guys set it up on the table I noticed that it was crooked. The screen was about an inch closer to the top of the table on one side than it was on the other. Looked bad. They told me this almost never happens and that they hadn't seen it but three times but that it was not adjustable. I explained to them that I didn't get any satisfaction being the rare recipient of a crooked $2000 Samsung TV. I asked them to take it back and get me a new one. They said they would leave it and order a new one when they got back to the store. Four days later I went to the store to ask about the replacement order - nobody knew anything about it. To the store's credit they immediately ordered another one and set up an appointment for delivery. Several days later it came and the guys set it up - all was OK this time.

I chose this TV several months ago, I wanted a 65" 3D 4K Samsung TV. I kept an eye on the price and it finally came down enough for me to make a move. The good: Great features, overall a great picture with one exception (see below). It used the same mount as my previous 55" TV so mounting it to the wall was painless. It is too heavy for me to handle by myself so I needed to get help to hang it back on the wall. It handles wireless streaming better than my previous 55" 3D TV. The not-so-good: There is a slight dimming of the picture in the far corners. 99.9% of the time I do not notice, the background needs to be bright and uniform for it to show up. There is not much 4K content out there. I also picked up a Roku 4 and have watched some 4K content from Netflix. It is good, but I do not think it is the best 4K has to offer. I also have a 4K Sony camcorder, my home videos look fantastic.

Unbelievable picture quality... Great tv over all!!

Happy with choice. Need to learn more about the options to get the full use of it.

Love the look and possibilities for the TV but worry about the electronics failing.

The picture is outstanding for both movies and gaming. Our family is getting great use out of the TV. The quality and picture resolution are great for all types of viewing.
