Horrible light bleed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like this TV but watching at night is simply not an option..This set might as well be a $2000 paper weight with all of the light bleed and flash lighting issues..You can see in the pics I have posted how bad it is..Especially the entire right third of the screen.This will absolutely be my last Samsung purchase due to a clear lack in quality control..In good news the gentleman at Best Buy has been fantastic with customer service, and I would highly recommend shopping at Best Buy, just stay away from this TV..Either way I am now stuck with an unwatchable television..Expensive lesson learned..Never again Samsung

Absolute disappointment

Bby told me they'd remount it but only in my 14 day trial period. I have stuff to do so that wasn't an option. Twelve hours after I call in about the scratches the TV starts "updating." It says it is updating for thirty seconds, powers off and repeats. For ten hours now. I unplugged it for half an hour and it just went right back into the same cycle. Bby says that delivery will come pick it up but I have to take a 65" TV off the wall without their help. Delivery men will absolutely not assist. Also, angle viewing is awful on this thing.

Needs much improvement!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased Samsung TVs before which I have been much happy with, but the quality I encountered with this TV model was very poor, with the very plasticy remote and TV frame; felt very cheaply made. Additionally, lots of issues with ARC connection and One-mini device unit that comes with TV to connect all of your cables. One-mini device was constantly losing connection with TV. After several frustrating hours spent speaking with Samsung support on these issues, which they were no help, and lack of overall quality, I returned this TV to store. If your looking for the Cadillac of TVs, this is not the one. Will research more before my next purchase. Will probably not be Samsung.
