I was & still in awe of the great picture this TV has. Watching movies makes it so much more real looking. We were surprised to find out it's also 3 D capable too; Only thing they didn't tell us about it & you'll need a 3D readable , DVDs player & glasses

Great TV for the money. Good picture and smart features . Only noticeable Cons: -Scene judder when camera pans quickly -3D crosstalk, or ghosting some movies -sound out put to receiver does not always work if external device is hooked up to TV Still getting familiar with TV so I am hoping that some adjustments will eliminate or minimize cons listed above

Easy to set up and use. Love the color and contrast.

The set-up was very easy and the picture on the television is awesome. It is a very bright room with lots of sunlight and the internal adjustments make the viewing very good even under these conditions. While the sound is adequate I will probably have to get a sound bar as I like more realism. I highly recommend this set!

Been watching this tv for a while. Finally went on sale. Excellent tv. Great picture. Smart remote takes a little getting used to. The "connect 1 hook up box" is the only real thing I would have changed. Would rather have the standard hook ups on the back of the tv. Would recommend this tv to my family and friends.

ThE Samsung is worth every cent. It has a great picture. I never thought I would use the smart features, but it is very convenient at times. The remote is actually very good too, not like most.

Bought this tv because it had decent reviews and picture quality in the store. Got the first one home and it had a terrible buzzing noise from the back where the one connect box plugs into. They took it back and switched it out. The new one has terrible light bleed and very inconsistent blacks. Horrible menu and navigation with the so called smart remote that can't even work with the new Cox DVR. Should have taken it back and bought an LG or Sony. Watch for the panels as some are not even made by Samsung, I lucked out and got a Samsung panel but it's still horrible. Not to mention if you are not mounting it count on having a crooked TV with the supplied stand. Stay Away!

TV has a great picture. Love all the features of a smart TV. The only thing it lacked was a better user guide. It took us a while to figure out how to navigate through all the options like Netflix, DVD, etc. but otherwise a great TV.

Internet connection quality is critical to performance! Once good WIFI signal obtained, set up went well! Remote appears simple but is complicated in the sense of all the options, settings, etc. offered. Best to have some explanation before hand. Once set up and fully operational, it is a great TV with great picture quality!

The picture quality on this television is amazing. We had it delivered and they set it up for us. We then had to hook up the surround sound and cable which was super easy. I can't speak to the sound quality because we have it hooked up to our surround sound, but we love the television.

This is a great 4K led smart TV. Does everything I need plus more. From built in Bluetooth to connect my wireless headphones to the very cool remote. Picture quality can't be beat. It was a struggle between Sony and Samsung on this purchase but I went with the brand I love...Samsung.

Image is amazing for bluray, 3D blu, video style HDTV like reality shows and films in HD. Loss of one star for some shows looking too much like video when they're not supposed to. Something in the processing takes away from the cinematic effect takes and distracts from the viewing experience. Hopefully 4k programming will fix the issue when widely available mainstream on cable like HD is now.

The picture on this tv is awesome and it's pretty user friendly. My only complaint is the one connect box and its cord from Samsung. It's not long enough to go through the wall and apparently Samsung does not make a longer cord which is very frustrating

The Samsung factory representative in the store that day. He was very helpful in making my choice on this great tv. Very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. There was no pressure on witch one to buy.

First of all I was always a Zenith fan and more recently an LG Fan. I have been wanting to upgrade my living room TV for a while now and i wanted to make sure whatever I bought would be forward compatible (not outdated as soon as I walked out the door). I looked through multiple brands to understand what I had available for each brand and read alot of the reviews. The Samsung just kept coming put on top. I decided this 65in was the right size for me and I am extremely happy with my purchase. There is a learning curve with the remote so take your time and learn as much as you can to get the best experience from this unit.

Purchase the curved for the Family Room and this for the Game Room. I, as well as friends, love its clarity. Great to watch sports on sitting down or from an angle while playing a game of pool. Color is excellent.

The television is great for beginners. It is user friendly and easy to use. It has great options and the image is amazing.The only small disappointment is that when you use the voice activation its a little tricky. You have to use precise and clear words for it to work.

I thought I would need a sound bar for the TV since it was so big, but the built in speakers are more than enough. I have always been a Toshiba customer, but this is the best TV I have purchased in a long time

Awesome TV. We are excited to finally be able to watch the 3D movies we've been collecting and also excited to look into upgrading Netflix to 3D options as well! Also, we found this TV open box so we saved a ton of money, which makes it even more exciting right now :)
