Picture is great. But...picture isn't all: 1. Best Buy salesperson assured me this thing had 4 HDMI ports. Untrue. What it actually has is a proprietary input and a gadget called "Smart Hub" that has 4 inputs. The cable that comes with this little box is far too short of its application. My TV is not mounted high, just at eye level, but only a couple of inches of cable are available by the time it is routed to the baseboard level. So if you want to put it somewhere, that somewhere is very constrained. A stupid design. And yes, I took the time to contact Samsung and one of their offshore chat-line folks told me there is no such thing as an extension cable for this Smart HUb thing. What would you do in a larger home theater I wonder? 2. No volume control or mute function available on "audio out" jack. Unless you use the built in speakers, you have no control at all to mute the TV or adjust levels. If you don't use some kind of A/V "receiver" with an IR function then, you have no control at all except to get up and turn your volume up and down on whatever pre-amp you connected it to. Stupid and unhelpful! 3. Although I was assured (and shown) that you could attach a USB keyboard to this thing and avoid typing with virtual keyboards etc., this does not work for the built-in YouTube interface. Probably not for others either. So I am seriously thinking of demanding Best Buy take it off my wall and replace it...but with what? Thanks for not revealing these concerns to me before I purchased.

This 65 inch TV is amazing. I was blown away with the picture right out of the box. After tweaking a few settings, this TV is perfect. I highly recommend this TV. You will not be disappointed.

Best picture I have seen on any 4K so far, I picked this up during the Black Friday weekend sale, $1,200 off what it is going for right now! Must say it was well worth that, cant say enough!

I spent over a year researching for the best new led tvs. I currently own two plasmas and have always been very pleased with them. My third plasma burned into the screen so I was in the market for a new tv. the reviews for the js 85000 convinced me to buy one. I have to admit the motion blur has not been that much of issue coming from a plasma. The 4 k up scaling with 1080 p source is not obvious to me however. The biggest disappointment is the lack of color saturation and obscene drop in picture quality with off angle viewing. I'm not exaggerating when I say that if you are not exactly sitting dead center in front of the tv the image fades to gray. Even dead center I cant get the image to pop no matter how much I change the settings. I have even tried several different calibrations I found on av forums on line to no avail. I spent 3000 dollars on this tv. Wtf? something has to be wrong with my panel. I am so angry I want to smash this tv. :(

This TV is outstanding! I purchased it in June and have experienced nothing but joy with it. Easy setup, very user friendly, fantastic picture. Another great product from Samsung.

Hands down the best Samsung edition I've ever owned. I can't even nit pick, the TV is flawless and meets every expectation I have for a television.

The picture is amazing, I really like the silver framing in place of the standard black. Looking forward to our cable providing catching up to 4K.

I also purchased a Samsung UBD-K8500 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Player at the same time. Playing back a 4K Blu-ray movie (The Revenant) almost looked 3D without 3D. The resolution seams to gives a lot of depth to the image. The video is truly impressive. The 3D is also pretty impressive. I doubt I will use it much but since it has the capability I at least wanted to try it. I bought “Despicable Me” in 3D and it looked fantastic. The 3D glasses were easy to pair with the TV. I can only come up with two negative comments and you know both before you buy it so I will not use them to reduce the ratting of the TV. I wish it came with a black frame since I think it would blend in better but the silver looks okay and second I with it didn’t require powered 3D glasses but they are not to expensive and they do work very well.

Vivid Color, Sharpness and Clarity. The Smart TV Tizen operating system is easy to navigate and offers painless switching of viewing options. The Picture settings are fabulous, watching sports in Dynamic Picture or Sports Stadium mode gives the real feeling of being at an event. Enjoy watching Youtube and Netflix using the Apps. Delighted with the looks performance and technology built into this TV. Looking forward to installing my surround system this week. I must say that the built in speakers surprised me. They were better than I expected.

Very crisp picture awesome sound it's a must-have for your man cave.

I received my unit with zero defects. It was easy to set up and the colors out the box were excellent. The RCA patch cord has a color error the video jack is actually the left or right audio out.That is my only real issue with the setup.

Great tv!!! this tv has a great picture,and I am glad I bought it. The price was also great at $1999. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bye bye Sony X850C This samsung just blew you away! Had purchased Sony X850C 65'' TV and i have to tell you, its apples to oranges with the picture quality! Yeah the Apps on the Sony where much faster & easier to navigate but i do have a FireTV4k too replace that :) I had tried everything with the sony, Adjustments , Settings, Audio Quest Carbon Cables High end 4K 4.4.4 AV Receiver Nothing helped. So i purchased this Samsung & plugged it in. Bam boom bam everything was crystal clear & right on. Thank you Samsung!

We bought this tv with high hopes. Right away we noticed bright blue light coming from the bottom corners of the tv. Seems to be aa panel flaw, many people are having the same problem. Exchange coming soon. Otherwise a beautiful set.

this is by far the best TV i've ever owned....and this is my 3rd Samsung...will stay with Samsung...

TV is great! Picture amazing! Live sports, not so good! Blame the TV provider not the TV set.

Nice size tv. The picture is so sharp my friends say they feel like they are viewing live.
