As soon as the picture lit up, it was clear that this was a superior product. The picture definition gives not only incredible clarity, but a new depth as well. We recently watched a movie we had seen before, but the new picture on this television brought an entirely new level of viewing. We noticed things in every scene that we had not noticed before. It was like watching a different movie!

I ordered this TV from Best Buy and they had it delivered to the store in the matter of a few days. I dealt with a very professional salesman who knew what he was talking about and all the comparison information. I walked away after buying this product very confident in my purchase. I mounted the TV right away and enjoyed the picture quality ever since. Great item for an unbelievable price.

I did a lot of research and comparison, and the Samsung 8550 is the best UHD (flat screen) on the market. The 9000 and 9500 do have a faster processor on board but they are both curved and I'm not really sold on the curved screen as of it, so I opted for the top of the line Samsung flat screen (8550). The SUHD picture is outstanding even when up-scaling from native 1080p to near 4k. This LCD is rated at a 240 motion rate which really doesn't mean much, but those of you that are familiar with Samsung's CMR (clear motion rate) of year's past, the CMR is 1600, so fast motion scenes or sports look great. My only con, is with the Samsung "one connect box". This is a box that houses all of the HDMI and USB connections separate from the TV, so you connect all of your HDMI and USB connections to this little box and then connect the box to the TV. Not really sure the need for this or what the actual benefit is, but I would like to have at least one HDMI connection on the TV itself for those who don't wish to use the "one connect box. Other than that one con..... This TV is the BEST!

Love this TV, no motion blur like the 120hz ! Don't settle, get a 240hz TV at minimum, even if its not a Samsung. The clarity and colors are Beautiful. The only negative I have so far is that its smart control will not program with my Vizio sound bar, Unfortunetly Samsung didn't include them as an option so I have to use 2 remotes. Otherwise you will be very happy with this purchase.

I spent months and many hours researching 4K TVs and I kept coming back to this one. I kept watching the price as I knew it would continue to drop and I finally pulled the trigger when it hit $1999. Although there is not much 4K material yet it really upgrades my Blu-ray movies to a beautiful picture and I am very happy with my decision to purchase this TV to replace my 58 inch plasma.

Could not be more pleased. This is the 3rd Samsung TV. We had one Smart TV in the Kitchen and One in the Bedroom. This TV replaced an LCD Rear Projection Sony 50" TV that still had a very good picture. The picture on this TV is incredible. I would recommend this TV to all my Friends and they would remain my friends after purchasing and watching this TV. I hope it continue to WOW us.

The Samsung 65 TV has the most amazing picture and the color is unbelievable.

Replaced my non smart Samsung 46" HDTV in our living room. The picture is outstanding and the size is wonderful. You used to not be able to sit as close to the old HDTVs (although a lot of people did anyways). This model being a very smart TV, allows me to stream without hooking anything up to the TV. You just download the app(s), sign in, and away you go, streaming all the way.

This Samsung SUHD TV is amazing!!! I didn't want a curved TV because I wanted the slimmest profile possible to be mounted over my fireplace. This TV has the best 4k picture possible and is incredibly thin. The colors are brilliant, the fast-paced action is clear and smooth and the outside bezel is ultra thin stainless steel. Amazing picture and an amazingly classy outward appearance.

The amazing picture on this tv is what I was looking for. The 3d is awesome.

This purchase was a significant upgrade from my 45 inch plasma Samsung from 2008 so pretty much every aspect has a 'wow factor'; however, the decision to upgrade was largely influenced by the black Friday discount. If I have to pick anything to pick on, it'd be the limited vocabulary for the voice command - but seriously - I can vocally command my TV! We DO live in the future!

Thin slick design, tv has tons of options and features with a great picture. Only con was the extra hdmi input box that you have to use to connect to the tv.

Upgraded from a 1080i TV to the 4K. With the new HDMI2.0 cables (a must for 4K) and the 4K compatible receiver the picture is outstanding. After some research found a flat, rather than curved, screen was best for our mounting situation. It's a Smart TV so we're enjoying some of the features provided by that technology. No buyer's remorse here! Glad we made the investment.
