Amazing picture. Could not ask for more. For purposes of complete review, I must mention the down/rearward facing speakers are not a positive feature, but a necessary one given thin bezel design. Also an ever so slight and small bleed in lower left corner which is only noticeable if one searches for it. These two issues do very little to detract from this amazing product.

The picture contrast and detail is great on this television, but I just cannot seem to get as vibrant of colors as I would like. Coming from a Panasonic plasma television, the colors are definitely not as vibrant as we are used to. The colors fade dramatically at only 20 or so degrees off axis, so this is a downer as well. I have yet to have the television professionally calibrated, so hopefully this will help get more vivid colors. If the colors were just a bit more vivid the TV would be perfect!

I got the Samsung UN65JS8500FXZA LED Smart 4K Ultra HDTV to replace my four year old 65in Samsung HDTV that was starting to have signs of eminent failure, after it developed a vertical blue line along the right side of the screen. The separate accessory hub is a big plus for cord management, although the single remote with only a few buttons and a small microphone but no number keys is very disappointing and is hard to get used to. The picture quality certainly makes up for it. though. I'm looking forward to getting any programing or media done in the superior SUHD format to get the full experience this set is capable of. Best Buy needs to improve on it's communication skills when it comes to delivery and customer service or lack there of. I was informed when I purchased the TV that they were unable to schedule delivery at this time and someone would call within three days to schedule delivery. Someone was home all the time but no call, so I tried to call them to set up delivery but was unable to do much but cancel the purchase, or pay my bill and a few more options via voice prompts,but nothing about scheduling a delivery, funny huh. apparently no one works there. I finally got a text on my cell phone stating that I should go to bestbuy.com and set up delivery. Nothing like the personal touch.

TV was very easy to set up. The picture is really nice. We love the TV.

Excellent picture, sound like all flat panel tv is terrible. I hate 3D movies at the theatre, but I was blown away by how cool the 3D looks on this tv.

I researched this TV well before purchasing it. I was impressed with its colors and ability to capture motion in games and sports. After adjusting the colors and lighting with online suggestions, the image and colors really stand out. I also took advantage of a Best Buy sale that lowered the price on this TV to match the next step down in the Samsung TV catalog.

The title says enough. The TV has a great picture and easy to set up.

I've had this TV for a couple of months now, and it's been great. The picture quality is amazing, especially when using Netflix or Amazon Instant to view 4k HDR content. My only two minor complaints could easily be fixed with firmware updates (which Samsung has been pushing out 1 to 2x per month). The first is how ARC support is implemented. I don't know if it's my receiver not communicating back to the TV properly or not, but every time the TV is turned on, even though the receiver also turns on.. the setting is then lost and I have to re-enable it. The setting is easy to get to, but it's still annoying. My other minor complaint is that getting to the "game mode" setting (which reduces input lag by eliminating extra processing) is a bit cumbersome. It really should be moved to one of the popup menus for quick access.

Great picture and features. We love the size of this TV on the wall.

After a price match from Costco I decided to buy the 65" Samsung. The picture quality is sharp and has all the features that I was looking for. I had geek squad install it at my apartment. They did a great job installing and they cleaned up the mess. Towards the end they sit down and set up the T.V and provide a quick demonstration and answer any questions.

This is the best tv, color and brightness, picture quality is great.

This TV is amazing, Samsung never fails when making amazing technology advancements. TV syncs to Samsung Smart Home flawlessly and is very fast compared to any other smart TV I've played with. The only thing I dislike about the TV is the upscaling, which I can probably turn off. This TV's picture is so sharp it highlights the flaws in poor quality content.

The clarity, brightness, colors and contrast are excellent on this product. My brother bought the exact same TV, not planned, and when I visited his home for the holidays, we spent a good amount of time going over why we were both so satisfied with this purchase. I have only had it for a month so if anything changes in the future, I will update my comments.

At first I was a little unsure that the TV could deliver the quality picture the sales person was presenting. However, once the geek squad completed the installation I was thoroughly impressed. The geek squad was very knowledgeable and willing to spend the extra time to ensure I knew all the function of the TV. I would recommend this TV to a friend!!!!!!!!!

This TV is amazing. Best picture I have seen on a TV for this. Watching regular HD programs almost looks 3D because of the clarity. I am very satisfied with this purchase

Great tv. Hard to tune the tv so you will need a blue ray disk that allows picture tuning. If not directly in front of the tv for viewing you will see clarity changes on 1080 programming. 4K seems better when off center but you still have clarity loss.
