I bought this television for the living area of my house. Everyone who watches it thinks that the picture is clear. I am anxious for more 4K programming so that we can see its true potential.

The television seems to work well with excellent picture. However, I haven't been able to get to connect to the internet as of this date. Both Samsung and Comcast telephone services have failed to get it connected and each blames the other. I need more time to work on it and haven.t been able to find that time!

Although 4K content is limited, this TV will position you newest ultra high resolution content that is coming out. The Picture is awesome and I originally want the 55" TV and decided to go to 65" and I am glad I did. I sit 8 feet away. Watching movies is amazing. Up convert of 1080p to 4K is nice and even the up converted compressed cable content looks better. The smart apps are nice with 4K streaming on you-tube and some limited netflix content. The good news is that more netflix content is slated to go 4K and 4k blu-rays have already started to be distributed. If you are in need of a TV now, I recommend paying a little extra to be positioned for the 4k revolution.

My plasma died so I needed a new set. Researched both Sony and Samsung. Looked at OLED but tech too new. Wanted Sony but decided on Samsung as best value and best picture. Very satisfied!

We are enjoying our new TV. It has a fabulous picture! It has many great features.

The color is vibrant and watching sports events are awesome. The Availability to the internet and You Tube and Netflx is so user friendly.

The TV and sound bar (also samsung ) were easy to get set up. My first reaction to the picture quality was "I just thought I was watching TV before now" . The picture quality is amazing. The 65 inch turned out to be a great size for my rather large living room without being overwhelming. I have the TV positioned in the corner of the room but the picture quality is still excellent from all angles. Just a note: be sure you understand the different descriptions for refresh rates. The sales lady at the Humble Tx location was kind enough to take the time to explain them to me and as a result I made a different selection from the TV I intended to originally purchase.

There are no words to describe how awesome the picture is on this TV. Sometimes we feel like the were right in the action because the picture is so clear and vibrant. Best purchase ever.

Wow what a picture. Brought it home and immediately watched the Blackhawks get creamed by the Wild (NHL hockey) with no lag what so ever. Great picture. I would definitely buy it again.

This tv has the best picture of any other 4K tv. The picture is so crisp and clear, and the colors so realistic that I feel as though I am looking out a window, rather than watching a tv.

Have had Samsung TVs for the past 8 yrs. Purchased the newer 800 model as an upgrade. Awesome picture and experience with Best Buy rep. When time is right we'll be back to upgrade again.

I spent a lot of time going through all different brands and sizes, and this TV was by far the best. Best Buy delivery was also top notch.

I've had previous Samsung models, but the new SUHD iterations are by far the next level of home entertainment. Would buy it all over again.

Absolutely amazing picture clarity compared to our five year old XBR Although the upscaling is a fair improvement for sub par sources with true 4K media and BR this set really shines

Provided you have a good input source, you're going to get a great picture. Sound is better than average too, although a home cinema setup is preferable. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the TV Nice picture and 65 inches is great. Delivery was timely and Geek Squad and the salesman were excellent. They knew their stuff.

I'm starting off by saying the 1 star is because of the product itself, not Best Buy. Actually, BB gets 5 stars for how they handled the problem. So, here it is. I got the JS8500 for $1999, the Black Friday price, a week before Black Friday. I get it home and it doesn't work. I exchange it for another brand new one, which also does not work when I get it home. BB sends a Geek Squad guy out and he tells me that: 1) the TV came off the assembly line a week before I bought it ... and 2) the Mini/OneConnect box is probably killing the motherboard, which by the way, happened a lot the last time that technology was tried. So, BB lets me return the 2nd brand new TV and I completely gave up on a Samsung model because every one I wanted had a ConnectOne box. I've read a lot of excellent reviews about the JS8500 and after doing a lot of research, I knew it was the one I wanted, but it wasn't meant to be. I ended up getting the Vizio M65 (which I absolutely love) from BB for $1300, which was $700 less.

I am very pleased with the operation of this TV. It has very good clarity on all channels. The smart TV features are wonderful to operate and watch. Very enjoyable TV in all aspects.

This tv is definitely worth it. Samsung's smart hub is simple and easy to use and the number of inputs and connections are good. The tv is super slim as well which is a nice bonus.

This is the best TV I have ever owned. I have had HD televisions before, but the picture on this TV is beyond anything I have ever seen.
