The picture is fantastic. You'll be amazed when watching any sporting event. The cursor takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, the television has no limits.

I did all of my research on rtings.com and picked out this tv as its 65", 4K, and is top of the line for gaming and sports - and does well with movies and in a living room light in setting. Once I saw the go on sale below $2000, I picked it up. The picture is phenomenal- 10x better than the vizio 49" 1080p I have upstairs - I'm talking night and day difference. This will be my man cave tv for many years - another great Samsung product. Oh - and every time I've been to Best Buy since, picking up different components for the audio or wiring etc, I get to talking about having he JS8500 and every rep responded with "oh, that's a great TV"

product quality and features, as well as Geek Squad service, were excellent. But in-store order experience was horrible. It took me a month before I actually received the product.

As I previously reviewed this set, my update is that the TV continues to be a Top performer. The more I use the remote the better I like it. Have had no issues, picture is great.

Just mounted television and watch cable channels for the first time. Amazed how much better this picture was from my other television.

Did a lot of homework on a few Sony TVs but decided to go wit his one and I am not disappointed one bit. I went from an older model 53 inch Samsung 1080p to this beauty. Love it!

While I did more research than the average joe, once mounted on the wall and paired with 4K media I was blown away. A must buy. Great top 10 panel, number 1 at this price point.

Set up took a little bit but was worth it. The touch point remote takes a few minutes to learn on screen icons, but after an afternoon it was second nature. Picture is excellent (tested with Netflix House of cards) and shows just pop. The hdmi connection box is different (box connects through the proprietary cable? To TV) as it puts the hdmi ports closer to equipment (i have it in the audio console) allowing you to upgrade hdmi cables and only have to get a three footer (1m). It comes with only one 3D glasses (extremely disappointing for price point. Cmon Samsung really not asking for four but at least two pair) but I haven't tried them yet.

Excellent color and wide angle view of picture. Great clarity of picture when watching sports or action movies. Tv was overall easy to set up but a hard copy owners manual would have been useful to better understand available functions and for a quick review of functions that are not often used.

We purchased this Flatscreen to replace a 12 year old flatscreen..... Wow we didn't know what we had been missing all these years! This Samsung is absolutely awesome!! The picture is SO sharp even with fast motion. It is almost as if you are seeing people in the same room rather than on the screen. Set up was so simple and it interfaces with our digital tv and wireless speakers. I would highly recommend this flatscreen

I love the quality, the picture, everything about it. I only wish I would have gotten a bigger tv, hahaha. That's down the road. But I'll definitely be sticking with Samsung.

It is an excellent buy. Somehow I couldn't justify paying extra $1K for the next Samsung model (JS9000) and even more for the JS9500. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the instructions are a little cumbersome to follow. Also in my setup, I connected thru the ARC of my Pioneer Elite AVR. Everything works fine with my other devices connected (BD, DVD, ROKU, etc.). When I tried my Netflix 4K programs using the TV app, I can't get any sound except from the TV speakers. I haven't tried yet but I'm planning to buy and use optical connection from TV to the Pioneer AVR. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of going thru ARC? BTW, I have HDMI that supports 4K.

Worth the money. Great features and tv has a better wifi signal than my laptop. No issues streaming Netflix or Amazon. iPhone remote control app is convenient. No complaints.

TV has a beautiful picture and lots of options to play around with. Had to adjust some of the settings before I was completely satisfied but I have no regrets buying this TV!

This is one of the best 4k and 3d TV available in the market. I am satisfied with my purchase. Make sure that the default picture settings are changed to get highest quality.

We absolutely love our TV. The picture could not be any more clear. I am not sure you need the remote that you can voice command, we dont use it, but its a nice addition.

This TV works great and has many great features that make my entertainment center more manageable. Colors are beautiful and vibrant. Now I'm ready for more 4K programing!

Really enjoying my new TV which replaced at 14 yr old Sony rear projection model. Makes me wonder why I didn't do this sooner!!

The picture quality makes you feel like you're in the same room/location with the characters. The sharpest, clearest picture ever. Can't wait for broadcast TV to go to 4K.
