This TV has an awesome picture and is really easy to set up. I have been enjoying it for about a month. It has a lot of great features and I like the separate HDMI hub, as it makes it easier to connect peripheral devices. I haven't tried the 3D feature yet, as there is limited content available, but plan to soon. The picture during internet browser streaming and Netflix is as clear and awesome as the cable box signal. It is also amazing how thin (approximately 1") and lightweight the TV is. I highly recommend this TV. Got a great deal during Best Buy's black Friday week sale.

I thoroughly researched all models. I was originally going to purchase the 6500. Upon looking at the TV's in the store I chose the 8500 due to its higher motion rate. I have been very impressed watching sports on this tv as there is no motion blur as there was on the 6500. The best part was the TV went on sale for 500 dollars less than a week after purchase and Best Buy refunded me the money with a hassle free in store trip. You will need to buy an additional speaker system however we have gotten by for 3 months without one. Just need to turn the volume way up sometimes.

Very nice TV. Until there is more 4K content it may not be worth the difference in price but it is a very nice TV with a great picture right out of the box.

Great TV, purchased at a great price. Wonderful, clear picture quality. Nick, our sales associate was very knowledgeable and honest. We were undecided between two models and Nick helped us decide. This TV is superior in most everything, including other Samsung models. I would recommend this model to anyone. However, anyone that has done TV research knows that you must buy (or have) a sound bar for quality sound. None of the newer TV models have great sound and this model is no exception. We went with Bose, but whatever works for you. This is still an exceptional TV!

We are in awe of this TV's picture. We had a Mitsubishi 65" that failed after about 8 years. It was a great picture, so we thought until we got this. WOW.

The sharpness and crisp picture is great! Just what I wanted for watching the high speed of Nascar and Football games. The other added features are a plus.

Very happy with clarity, brightness, and features. Did not purchase for the 3D functionality, but was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable it is to watch.

I have not even gotten into the smart features yet, and I love this TV. I had it delivered and plugged in, and I am blown away with the crisp picture.

Be prepared, the clarity is so good on this TV that you will immediately notice makeup on actors and computer animated scenes and background in movies.

This is an excellent television. I considered going with a lesser Samsung model with a slower refresh rate, but the difference in the picture was really worth going with this model. The stand included is a bit crooked. My TV is a bit tilted as a result.

The picture quality is outstanding and on shows broadcast in 4K the depth is amazing. The extra cost for the spectrum color is definitely worth it.

The screen is amazing. It's so realistic that many movies look like an actual set, not realistic (as many movies intend) since you can see every single detail. It's amazingly flawless. It's been fun to re-watch older movies and realize all the detail you missed all the previous years/TV's. You've got mail has so many details in the "shop around he corner" hanging on the walls and such, wow. You can even see a piece of lint on a suit! There is a setting you need to adjust if you don't like the default that makes the screen lighter or darker depending on the room lighting. Example, if someone gets up and turns on the light, the screen light adjusts a bit, when you turn off the light it adjusts back. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because we do not care for the silver "frame" around the screen. Black is best, in our opinion. Otherwise it is a 5 star TV, hands down.

This TV has absolutely stunning color! Our entire family and friends have commented on the difference between this TV and others and we been able to enjoy the crisp picture. It has been a wonderful addition to our family room and we appreciate the information provided to us while in the store as well as during the set-up in our home. Great product, excellent service!

I have enjoyed my Js8500 form the day I put it up. I like the picture. It's sharp and colorful. I enjoy the features. I am still exploring the set.
