Love this TV. The picture is great. Watching a football game, put it in sports mode and it even gets better.

I am blown away by this TV. It took 3 tries to get it right. I started with the Sony 850C and had multiple issues with it. I then went with the JU7100 Samsung, Panel Lottery lost, Innolux. I then spent more and got the JS8500 and it is well worth it. By far better picture. Upscaling is awesome! You will not be disappointed. The TV went on sale and I ended up getting this for the same price as the JU7100 at 1999.00 You can't get a better TV...Period!

the color and depth of details is outstanding even with present blue ray format. Cable comes in great too.

I purchased this TV on sale. I compared several different models like Sony, LG, etc. This one had a marvelous picture quality. I didn't want to pay a lot more for an oled TV. This one was top notch.

Absolutely love the new TV and accessories. However, we had issues with the TV we purchased and when we notified the Best Buy salesmen we worked with, they were able to help us resolve the issue in a very timely manner. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Very positive attitude.

I got this one because I didn't like the look of the Sony TV's with the speakers in front and this is the best 4k Samsung TV without the curved screen. So far it's been great and my wife said the 2D 4k stuff was so clear and vivid it looked 3D. I'm not terribly fond of the remote but it's growing on me.

This TV has a beautiful picture and works perfectly in my living room. I'm very glad I made this purchase.

This Samsung - 65" Class (64.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black replaced our Plasma. The picture is much brighter and clarity is much cleaner. We are very happy with this TV.

This TV has an amazing picture and sound quality. We are very happy with this choice for a replacement TV.

Product is great. Color and picture definition is unbelievable. Best Buy customer service is the worst in any business I have purchased from. Takes 45 minutes to hour to talk to someone that switches you to someone else and than disconnects you. This happened to me three times so it is no accident. Finally had to go to store and wait in line for 20 minutes. If there was another store in my area that provided the items Best Buy had I would go there.

It's an awesome TV and the clarity is amazing. The only problem I have is that it's to smart for me. :)

I have had lots of tvs over the years but this TV tops them all. Picture is fantastic. Money well spent
