Features/performance great, but NOT a black TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have only had the TV partially hooked up for a couple weeks now (for DVDs/BluRays only, not cable yet). All of the advertised features we have tried work well. Picture is great. 3D is amazing. BUT, we chose this model over some with same features that were less expensive in order to get the BLACK trim. It came & the trim & back of TV are SILVER. I called right away. Best Buy gave me the run around for a few days, then finally insisted that it *is* black. Yeah, no. It's not. Just be aware. I will add a photo or two of proof later if I can. Trust me, though, silver & black are EASILY discernible from each other and this TV is SILVER.

Glare hasn't been a issue at all which is great for me and everything looks great day or night. The sound at normal levels sounds pretty good but putting the volume way up does not sound good but that can be fixed with a sound system. Installation was great they were patient and installed it quick and easy
