I was skeptical at first for getting a samsung TV; my family always stuck to sony - but this tv has reached beyond my expectations. The 4K quality is amazing, not to mention that it has a 3D setting that is fantastic for my kids. Also, the TV is great for her hooking up gaming consoles, which is also great for my son. Overall, I would rate this Samsung TV a 5 star!

I am totally satisfied with this TV. Easy to adjust and super picture.

Let me start off by saying I've been a loyal Samsung supporter for years. Everything I purchase from TV's to appliances has been Samsung. After my experience with this TV, I probably won't buy Samsung again. When I got the TV home, I got it all unpacked and setup and noticed I had a dead spot in the screen. I took it bad to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one. Again, got it all setup and during the initial setup, the tv freezes. I tried turning it off and back on but it was still frozen. I had to call Samsung to figure out how to do a hard reset. Finally get it working and attempt to hook up my Samsung sound bar via HDMI but no sound will come out. I call Samsung again and after an hour hold I finally get to speak to someone. 2 hours later they tell me my sound bar is broken and I need to buy a new one. Not very happy about this but I accept it and purchase a new sound bar the next day. Again, same issue! I call Samsung again(with another hour wait) and this time they escalate my case to remote management. 3 hours later after not being able to get it to work, they hang up on me! I call back and speak to a supervisor(hour and a half wait) who goes over the same things the last 2 people did for a couple hours and finally decides to send me a new one connect box. A week later the new one connect box comes, I hook it up and same issue! I call Samsung again and they finally decide to send a mobile tech out to me whom is supposed to contact me within 48 hours to set up an appointment. A week later after not hearing a peep I call back to find out the company they scheduled me with is out of business so they reassign me to a new company. A couple days later after not hearing anything I call Samsung again and find out they scheduled the same company that is out of business! They reschedule again and finally I get in touch with the company. The tech came out to my home and was stumped! The first 3 times he called Samsung while here, he was either hung up on when the tech didn't know what was wrong or they just said to make sure the cables were plugged in correctly. The fourth time he called, the tech told him this TV can't connect to a sound bar via HDMI! Even though the manual says it does! So now that Samsung has given me the runaround for a month now, I'm past my return policy and I'm stuck with this thing!

Great tv! Nice color but need UHD or 4 K to get the best of it, unfortunately time warmer does not have it. Cannot experience the full benefit of it yet.

I bought this TV to replace my 55in in this same class because the room needed a larger tv. So far I'm impressed with the TV. The picture quality is excellent. I haven't watched a 3-d movie yet but if it's anything like the 55in I won't be disappointed. I paired it with the Bose 120 Home System and love it. All around a solid purchase and Best Buy came and hooked it up for me.

I have been a vizio guy all my life, knowing that I was getting a good tv and picture at a great price, but once I purchased this Samsung it was clear that there is a reason you pay more for a Samsung. The picture quality is amazing, the colors are vibrant and rich, no matter what I am watching it looks amazing. I have not tried the 3D nor did I buy it for that, but I did try the 4K and it is a perfect picture. Friends and family are amazed at how clear the picture is and the sound is spot on. All of the apps load quickly and look great, especially Netflix. I would highly recommend this TV for anyone looking for a top of the line TV!!!!

It is a great tv. The picture is pure. Needed to get it out of soap opera mode but after that it was fine.
