We have had this TV for 11 months now so you are getting a real opinion. I can not say enough good things. This was a bit of financial stretch at the time BUT....WAY WORTH IT!!!!! We don't go out to the theater much and we like to watch movies at home. The clarity is awesome!!! Even the 3d which we really didn't care about has turned out to be a real treat. We stream Netflix and Amazon Prime along with full direct TV service. We also use a Samsung Blu-Ray player and a premium Pioneer stereo with surround speakers. NO NEED OR DESIRE to go to the theater anymore. This is better!!! Better picture and better sound in my home!!!!! Yes I am happy and no one put me up to this. I am just very pleased with this product after spending a lot of money on this purchase.

Picture is is clearer, sharper and cleaner than any previous tv.

The sales person that I met at your store was named Kyle and he was very informative about what I was wanting to see it with the information he gave me I purchased the 65 inch Samsung LED-2160p smart 4k 3-D Ultra TV .I would recommend anyone to see Kyle at the Best Buy store on West Kellogg he will not steer you wrong , good job Kyle thank you, Waldo

This is a nice addition to any man cave, I really like this tv, At first I didnt like that it doesnt have HDMI ports at the back, it has a cable with a hub, but actually this is easier than deal with many cables behind the tv. Another downside is that I had to exchange it due to a blue light bleeding in the left down corner. My current one is fine

So far we've had really good luck with Samsung products, so we decided to replace our 55" Sony with this TV. The colors are sharper, action is smoother. We like the Smart TV aspect; easy to use.

Just replaced my flagship LG tv with this Samsung. No comparison, the Samsung is so much better for watching tv and movies. Amazing picture, especially when watching true 4K movies with my native Samsung 4K bluray player. My only issue is, be careful with the delivery service. Small dent on bezel so tv is being replaced by Best Buy. Delivery team did not want to even take it out of the box as promised. Best Buy customer service was no help until I called the corporate office. Regular customer service wanted to charge a total of $400 to un mount and remount the replacement tv, through no fault of mine. Finally got it resolved and hope it works out when I receive the new tv next week. That aside, it is an amazing tv, the picture is perfect with very accurate color.
