Samsung never fails with quality

Blu-ray DVD player up scales the picture quality to near 4k quality and is absolutely stunning. Needless to say football Sunday is now always hosted at my house!

Great tv

Now the bad news and that would be Samsung support. Spent 2 hours, on the phone with their tech support, they dialed in to try to correct a picture problem, did a factory reset which froze the tv completely, then proceeded to hang up on me on Friday night and I could not reach the people I was working with until Monday morning. The problem ended up being the remote and they said it would be 10 business days before I would get a new one. I figured out a workaround for it by using a harmony remote to unfreeze the setup screen. Thanks to Best Buy as they are replacing the tv. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 is because of the very poor tech support.

Great Picture

I used to like remotes with all the buttons , but this remote with minimal buttons and a nice on screen menu works out great.
