We really enjoy our new tv. Sound and picture are wonderful. This is our first big screen tv and are amazed at how much more detail and color we are able to see. We truly enjoy watching movies at home now.

good tv very good Samsung service so far no problem

I purchased this TV set and I love it. It took a little getting used to because the picture is different than my Sony plasma. But once you are used to it it's great! I would not trade it for anything.

It works like it is suppose to so far. No problems yet.

The Samsung UHD JS8500 has an amazing 4K panel and the screen up converts everything else that is HD. Watching The 2016 Masters Golf in 4K this weekend through the Amen Corner 4K App is truly incredible!

This was an open box item that was missing the remote, manual and stand. Was able To replace all but the stand. Tech required to reset. When that was done the tv has performed beyond all expectation.

very nice looking television. The design and quality of television appear to be very good. Easy setup and overall performance excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking new television.

I never paid much attention to the smart TV apps before. They were all so clunky and it was easier to just use a streaming stick. But this TV makes it so easy to stream through its smart TV app.

Best Buy salesman and managers all worked to make this an enjoyable purchase, allowed me to see the product. No pressure and answered every question I had and they showed me the quality.

I love the 27" screen! Appreciate the ease with which I was able to migrate everything from my old computer! iCloud, iPad, iMac, iPhone and Apple Watch...all work together with zero issues!

I return the tv due to some edge light bleeding and significant corner light bleeding. For the amount of money the tv cost I would think that Samsung would have caught that issue. I love Samsung and bought the js8000 which I am very happy with.

So far very happy with the TV. Still having remote issues where no one remote (Directv, TV and Sound bar) seems to be able to always power on and power off everything. A work in progress!

4K HD may not have much content now, but online content via YouTube and other apps are incredible. I was also able to watch the Masters in 4K and saw a real difference from standard HD

This may not be the best TV out there but it's d@*% close. The blacks are good, the motion is good in sports and colors are great. Overall great TV..very happy with my purchase.

Pros: 4k hdr gives amazing picture quality with Netflix Cons: Samsung's app store is missing many big apps that a comparable Sony with Android TV would have.

I was not as impressed with the picture as I was in the store. May have something to do with the speed of our internet? but it is a good picture. Also because of the speed of our internet we cannot use some of the features on the TV which would have been nice to know before purchase.

This is by far the best Samsung TV I have purchased in the past 10 years. The image is great, with very nice contrast. I had no problems during the installation.
