For the price this tv has a great picture and is easy to use. My only problem/complaint is the wireless connectivity is inconsistent. Since my purchase it has lost connectivity twice and nothing I do gets it back, I end up having to call the support line and we had to reset everything, stinks! When it is connectivity is working this tv is brilliant. Irritating and annoying when I have to reset everything.

Everything about this Samsung TV is great except for the sound. For a 65 inch it needs a better sound system to fill the room. Ordered a Samsung sound bar to compensate for what the TV was lacking.

I bought this last black friday. The tv has really cool apps that came with it and you can update the apps anytime as wells. The viewing experience and quality is great and i still love this tv after a year of use it still works great.

Love the clarity and vividness. Great for all genres- movies sports etc.

We needed to update our TV to work with our Amazon Fire TV. We purchased another brand and when we got it home discovered it did not have an audio output. It had a digital optical output that created headaches with our Bose and wireless headphones. We returned the TV after 2 weeks of trying to "make it work". We went to Best Buy to see what TVs they had that still had audio output. Very few had the audio output. This 65" Samsung TV did have the audio output and all of our additional equipment works perfectly! New technology is great but when your older equipment still works it can be frustrating to find new technology that is compatible with the older equipment. We are very happy with our new Samsung TV. The 55" Samsung we had was moved to the basement family room and still works great (over 14 years old)!

Simple review... My wife said that it was over kill... NOPE!!! I wish it was 70 inch. HDTV is precision good. You may want to upgrade with cable or dish or get an antenna. It is truly a smart TV. My year's favorite purchase.

Everything was great except the audio, sort of tinny. We improved this by buying a sound bar. Now great!
