Great picture quality the Smart Hub is easy to use.

Love everything about the 4KHD picture and contrast. Much more advanced than our previous HD. Samsung has improved their products. We are very pleased with our purchase. We also give this a 5 star rating.

This tv shows a quality picture with very defined colors that makes the viewing of any program "Great".

First extra large TV I've bought. The visual quality is eerily realistic...great resolution. The smart tv capabilities are fair. There are a decent number of apps available. There is also a browser app so you can play videos from essentially any website - very convenient for free or subscription services that there isn't an app for. The only thing is sometimes the performance (speed) on the various websites is not always consistently good but that could just be the site and not the TV. To make navigating easier I have a USB mouse plugged into the TV and that works well (so much easier than using the remote to 'type in' passwords, URLs, etc.).

Great TV for the money and the added smart features make connecting to my streaming services very easy.

The quality of the picture is excellent. I was debating between this and another brand and I am very pleased that I decided to go with the Samsung. I am also glad that I decided to go with the 65" and I purchased a Samsung sound bat to compliment the TV. It's like having a movie theater in my home.

Love the tv. Had talked with a Best Buy salesman before purchase and he had said that if you was going to play games on tv to get flat tv instead of curved because you turn off effects on it and the curved you couldn't. That way the update rate would be faster. Great picture, easy setup.

Samsung continues to lure die-hard Sony customers with high value and performance. Out of the box I did nothing to the tonal adjustments. However the video filter that makes DVDs look like video games MUST be turned off. Mid-cost 65" winner.

Samsung makes a great product. This TV has excellent resolution and clarity. It was easy to setup and We have had zero issues.

Best Buy's delivery team set up TV quickly and efficiently, scrolled through the channels, and everything continues to function very well. We are quite happy with this purchase.

I went from a 55" to 65" Samsung and I love thei improvements they have made in the product. Clarity color is unbelievable.

The clearest picture of any TV we've every owned, easy install and great value. Don't look at any other TV than Samsung 4K!

bought this on Black Friday sale and set it up the day I got it. I've had it for a little over a month and I'm satisfied with the product. Overall the picture is great and love the size. The only con I feel is there are certain programs that when watching the picture does this "stuttering" thing that gets annoying at times. I'm hoping that it has to do with the cable providers box not being up to par so we'll see.

Unpacking and setting up this television, while a 2 person job, was extremely easy. The quick guide instructions were simple to follow and they actually worked! Still getting used to the Ultra HD for regular programs but thoroughly enjoy it for scenic shots and sporting events.
