Your credit application process sucks. I have an over 800 credit rating. The credit people could not get my phone number to work. They kept wanting to call my home number. We were furnushing our new winter home and no one seemed to understand that no one was at our Tenn home because we were in your store. They asked if we could ask someone to go over and answer the phone. NO IT WAS 11:30 in Tenn and I was not going to ask a friend to get out of bed. Then I could not get my Discover card to work. Finally I used Visa and it worked. Then 2 weeks later I get your elite Best Buy card. Do you really think I'm going to use it. I lost out on a big discount because you would not issue me a card when I purchased two tvs. Will not be using your card.

I love Samsung!!!

I've had mine a year with no issues...coupled it with the sonos sound bar for incredible sound to compliment the huge HD picture. I love Samsung!!!

I did have to contact Samsung support to get the Netflix app going but even that went well(they connected to the unit online and took care of the issue). Highly recommended!!
