Horrible experience buying this

Customer service was a joke, 3 phone calls and no one helped. Contacted Best Buy and they exchanged TV. Then Samsung had promotions linked to this TV which they did not live up too. Back to Customer Service which basically said too bad for you. Horrible experience.
