I couldn't be happier with this TV. Amazing quality with DirecTV, Movies, and PS4 gaming. I got this TV after returning a HD 60" Sony TV that I was not happy with. The difference between the two TVs is crazy. No issues with setup. It immediately connected to my wireless network and downloaded updates.

I purchased, then read reviews... I know.. There were a few negatives, so I read them to know what to look for when I installed/set up.. To my surprise, my TV was SO easy to install and set up, and after viewing, had zero issues that others had identified.. the Samsung 65" UHD smartTV was one of the easiest set up's ever, with no issues afterwords... We have 3 other Samsungs, and this one adds to our thought that they are the best.. Be smart on how you use reviews !!! It's easy to complain, but it's an afterthought to acknowledge good things !!!

Had my Samsung 65 inch for little over three years and I am having issue with screen having a red line in it. I have had several Samsung’s and never had issue. Of course it’s tha main tv in house. Very diappointing.

THE TV BASE IS OF POOR QUALITY FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE TV. IT WILL GOUGE AND SCRATCH WHATEVER YOU PUT IT ON, IF YOU SHIFT IT EVER SO SLIGHTLY TO MOVE IT IN ANY WAY!!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TV DUE TO THIS MAJOR QUALITY DEFECT.

I had this TV delivered and once I got it set up, I didn't do any other chores or even clean up the mess I made from hanging the TV. I was so blown away by the picture quality !! This TV is also fairly light for it's size. I was able to wall mount it by myself, although I wouldn't recommend doing so.

Just purchased this today (8/29/15) at my local Best Buy Store. This is a huge upgrade for me as I had originally had a cheap old tube type monitor TV that had a built in DVD/VHS. I actually purchased this after looking at some TV's at best buy and the quality of this TV looked great. Time to mount it on the wall.

I read the reviews and did I my homework before buying this TV. Just had it delivered today and I can't believe how amazing the picture is! Everything looks so real and watching movies is nothing like it was before even on my previous 1080p tv. I Would definitely recommend this tv to anyone thinking about buying a 4K unit at a great price.

We purchased this 65" 4K Samsung Smart TV in June, 2015. We received the Samsung 4k TV June 22,2015. It is now July 14,2015 and we are very happy with the picture quality of this TV. We did research TV"s for about 2-3 months and came up with this Beautiful Samsung 65" 4K Smart TV. For the money spent we could not be happier. We would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a moderately priced 4K Smart TV. Being a Samsung, it is a quality product, Beautiful picture with 2160P,Smart 4K Picture. The picture is amazing, the sound does sound very nice. Plenty of HDMI"s inputs (4) among composite and component inputs. We upgraded out 12 year old Zenith 60" DLP TV & what a picture difference. We could not be happier & would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a Smart 4K TV. You can"t go wrong with this Samsung TV. Signed, A VERY Happy Customer of Best Buys!

I bought this tv on thanks giving day. It's really amazing TV. Easy to setup. Easy to use remote. I have also bought Samsung sound bar. Now my new tv remote can use for TV, sound system and Comcast box since it is universal remote control. I like its mouse pointer remote control capability. And more over I love its picture clarify.

Originally bought an LG UF6450 but prior to delivery I swapped out for LG UF6800 because Best Buy's website showed a 120hz refresh rate. Found after 3 weeks of use the LG UF6800 only has a 60hz native refresh rate just like the LG UF6450. Needlessly to say I went back to Best Buy and swapped out the LGUF6800 for this Samsung UN65JU6800 model. Had the Geek Squad set up the tv and haul the old set away. This Model is just AWESOME as you will notice the super picture clarity and quality right away just out of the box. The Geek Team also made some minor adjustments and then set the tv on top of my new ZVOX sound system. Together with my new sound system and the new Samsung UN65JU6800 tv, I have a fantastic home entertainment system. The Internet using the Smart TV function was extremely fast and I checked out some 4K movie trailers, especially Star Wars and WOW. This TV rocks !!!! Now I know why the Reviews are mostly 5(s# and some 4#s).

Got this tv while it was on sale and was bundled with a samsung bt soundbar. It's a really great TV for the value. Shows very well. Thin and easy to hang.

Just added the 65" Samsung 4K to the two others we bought earlier this year from Best Buy 40' and 50'. They are great and easy to use. Geek Squad did a great set up job as usual. Very Satisfied!!

Originally bought a higher end Sony and it sucked.returned it within 3 hrs. Bought this one and loved it ever since....sorry I doubted you samsung. Will you forgive.me? I love it. Great picture,sound...easy to set up. Love love love

I like the picture a lot but have audio problems. Turned it on one morning and no sound. Called Samsung and he asked if I had it plugged into wall socket or surge protector. I said surge protector, he said plug into wall socket. I did and sound came on. I have left in wall socket and had no sound 2 more times, turned off TV and back on to get the sound on. Either I have a defect in my TV or Samsung needs to do some additional engineering in the audio section The TV should not have an audio problem with a slight drop of voltage.

I bought this after researching for months . I had a Samsung prior for seven years and just wanted to spoil myself . I think there is a lot to like but the main part I'm unhappy about is the gaming with Xbox 1 . I've tried multiple settings and honestly the old 1080 was just as good if not better. I hope I can figure this out because I'm very disappointed hoping for the best . I got this 1000$ off which was a big reason to purchase ...Is there anybody that can help with Xbox 1 settings with this television?

Great tv for the price. Samsung is top of the line in my book. Also has great web browser that's easy to use. Just like being on a desktop computer!
