Got replacement for both working great. Would recommend the product highly.

After spending a lot of time researching and waiting for the perfect tv set, this is it! The picture quality is incredibly rich, colors are vibrant, hd looks amazing (especially considering most content is still 1080p as opposed to 4k). I really wanted to make sure I purchased a tv that had full array local dimming (lots of led dots behind screen rather than backlight around the edges). It makes a huge difference, this tv produces very rich blacks and shadows, makes for a very vibrant contrast. Gaming is amazing (have a ps4 and xbox one). The input lag is reported around 24 - 26ms (varying depends on what sites you look at). It's comparable to many of the sony tv's, gaming is very smooth and content still looks great. Gaming seems much more vibrant on this tv compared to any other tv I've seen or used. This tv is worth every penny!!

I had a bad experience with my first tv and now I get the second one and after 10 day problem started.. I had geek squad guys coming and losing my day off from work and trying to do nothing for three times.. I call Samsung Suport and they send me the one box and problem solved. Completely disapointed from Bestbuy and geek squad. I will not recommend to nobody. After I get tv I read a reviews and find out that there are other buyers that had a same problem. Next time I will read and check before having a problem and talking with geek squad for 3 hours and with 7 people and at the end the last one was pretending that he didn't know nothing and they want my story again. I hang up and call Samsung Suport and I realize that was my mistake I should call them first even that I have geek squad warranty. They was rude and unhelpful. Never again with them.

purchased Samsung 65 curved, my old one was 60 flat slim ( less than .5 of the inch), the new one was about 3 inch thick. SKYPE send me notification about canceling contract with Samsung on 6-1-2016, so the included camera will be useless. replaced for LG 65 OLED curved, the best.

We bought an open box curved tv....no remote, no 3D glasses no directions. We cannot get the words "store demo" off the screen. No one at the store seems to know how to do it. The picture is not as vibrant as we thought it would be.

As an avid Apple user, I do not own any Samsung product other than their televisions. I upgraded a 2010 50" Samsung TV to this UN65JS9500 model and the difference is unbelievable. The picture quality on this model is superb. I have found that the curve is just enough so that it is not too distracting, even when viewing from off angles. One fun benefit that I love is the ability to turn any 2D image into a 3D image. I ended up testing a 2D blu-ray of Captain America: The Winter Soldier against a 3D blu-ray of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Yes, the 2D version being displayed in 3D was not as good as the actual 3D version, but it was still a great looking 3D picture. Having this 2D to 3D feature will make family movie night more interesting and exciting since I am able to make anything 3D. The 3D blu-ray movies that I have are wonderful. I have nothing but praise for this television. *I am a Best Buy employee

I am extremely unhappy with the purchase. We spent 6000.00 and the products do not work properly. The Geek Squad has been here twice and we are still having problems I am ready to dispute the charges

This was over $4,000 purchase and a month out of warranty the screen goes blank with only audio coming through. After arguing with Samsung for 2 days, they decide "as a courtesy" to cover the parts but not the labor. It took the guy 10 minutes to replace two power units, and $500 later the TV was up and running. Of course the Samsung appointed service company only warranties their work for one month. Today, 5 months later, the TV just blacked out again with only audio while I am trying to watch hurricane Irma reports (kind of important). With parts, we are probably looking at $700-1000 event. Conclusion, either this is a defective unit, or Samsung has put out a very bad product or both. Needless to say, I will no longer be buying ANYTHING Samsung for myself or my business. I have had a Sharp for many years, never a problem. My Vizios that cost a fraction of this TV, never a problem. If need be, I guess I will be using my Samsung curved TV as a $4,000+ raft in the coming days if need be.

very poor quality broke down after 18 months.for the repair they want3.000. i paid for the tv 5.000

Its actually horrible and did not meet expectations. I suggest trying the OLED if you can afford.

Everything about this TV is perfect. The picture is flawless. Went off the reviews on Internet that stated the 9000 was just as good as the 9500 only 1k cheaper. Got the 9000 was okay but not blown away. Returned and payed 1k more for the 9500 and boy was it worth every penny more. Picture, color and contrast are so much better. Wished I had done it sooner because now I want to replace two other flat screens in my house with the 9500 but will be paying full price because the sale is over. I didn't go too much into detail about the TV because odds are if you are reading this review you should already have the details of this set. One thing that many off the reviews I read online left out is that this TV is full array LED not edge lit LED.

The tv came with a broken screen and wouldn't work.

The picture is amazing. The 3D is specular, if limited programs are available. I expect it will be even better after it is calibrated in a few months. Blacks are true and colors are realistic.

I am very satisfied with my new TV purchase. TV has great picture and features. The curved screen also adapts perfectly to my room.

the bleed around the edge was too much so I returned it for the LG Oled best move I ever made. I ended up with three of the LG Oleds and could not be happier.

Purchased Samsung 65" 4K UHD TV for $5,000, and had it installed by BB. It was really great for 15 months. Then picture went out. As Samsung's warranty (and any interest in problem) is only 12 months long, we are still uncertain as to what our ultimate expense will be to repair it, or if it can be repaired. One would think that a $5,000 Samsung TV would last longer than 15 months, but guess not these days.
