I did a lot of researching this TV has all of the features that I wanted.

Exceededs my expectations. The TV has all you want in a high quality tv. Actually had to turn down some of the setting it was so life like. The only down side is the menu system could use some work.

Excellent TV overall. * Picture quality is stunning thanks to SUHD. Colors, contrast and brightness are all amazing! I have never seen this many colors on any screen, including OLED screens, Imac 5K Retina Display, etc. * Black levels are excellent. The best black levels I have ever seen on a TV. Blacks are totally black; that is if the whole screen shows black on a movie, you cannot tell whether the TV is on or off. Different from OLED, when there is small text, say in the middle, only a small circle around the text is not fully black, the rest is still totally black (local dimming). * Curved screen is very chic as is the TV overall, and enhances the overall viewing experience quite a lot. * 3D is pretty good. But I don't think I will use it much though. * Very responsive. 8-cores do really help. * Up-scaling from 1080p is mostly pretty good. For some 1080p videos, it is better than others. I have not done research on the reasons yet. * PS4 is mostly really good. Though, picture quality varies from game to game. I cannot say excellent since you need to have the Game Mode on (From General settings), and then all up-scaling etc. are turned off. This gives you very little response delay (a must for, say, Need for Speed), but picture quality is degraded. When you don't turn the Game Mode on, the picture is amazing, but then playing experience is not acceptable for fast games. * Sports Mode is very nice. It increases the Contrast and Colors a lot, and the sound gets more of a surrounding boost. * Camera: it is nice and very convenient to be able to hide it (you never know who can hack the TV and watch your living room these days). I mainly use it to Skype with family/friends, and when done, just hide the camera back - which also makes the TV look better. I don't like external cameras attached to TVs. I don't understand why some of the other expensive models, such as UN65JS9000, do not have a camera. To me, given their price tag, it is really ridiculous. * The One Connect Box is one huge advantage. Given the quality of the display, you can use the TV panel for a decade or more by replacing this box when necessary. When you mount it to a wall, you don't need to take the TV out for simple cable or USB connection issues. I think most TVs should just adapt this. * USB 3.0 works seamlessly. I can browse and steam 4K content very easily and very fast. Attaching the USB drive is very easy thanks to the One Connect Box again. * Quite Heavy! This was to my surprise a little bit. It is thicker than some of the other 4K TVs you have seen - mostly thanks to all the state-of-the art display tech, and hence quite heavy with its 73.6! Overall: yes, it is expensive; but this is a very Chic, Stunning TV! The picture, the colors, the black levels are amazing, and will make you not regret. The Octa-Core makes it super fast. Highly recommended!

High quality great picture with easy way to use remote

Love the TV however I have issues with the network dropping on a regular basis. Wired and WiFi. The rest of my network is not effected only the TV. Just a pain to have to reset the network on a regular basis.

I was a bit worried what it would look like with plan HD cable but it has been a crisp, responsive picture with vibrant color. And looks even better in 4K. It is full of options and I am still sorting thru all of them. When I initially unboxed it and powered up I ran thru the setup but I didn't have cable install yet at the new place. It was a small pain to add it after the fact and I ended up having to do a factory reset and started over but in the end it may have all been caused by the fact it does not want to work with the Cox Contour 2 master box but worked fine with the slave unit (received no signal error). Ever since I got it running it has been the best TV hands down I have ever owned to date, as long as it lasts. Only down side I have with it is the super reflective screen. You are going to want to have it in an area you can control the light especially the light behind where you are setting.

This TV is worth every penny! Great picture, sound and features. we decided to wall mount the TV, best decision. Sales associate and installers were great too! Family is so happy with this TV!

I was happy with the TV and sound bar but not my experience with best buy I was told that if any of my items go on sale within 15 days of my purchase date I'd get it for that sale price if I called in not true it went on sale for 3799 and I paid 3999 I called and was told they wouldn't honor that price

This 4k tv is amazing When my 60 inch tv started 2 get a burned in black spot on the screen from my lights on the ceiling, I decided to make the jump to 4K. I did my research on countless brands and models. My research brought me UN65JS9500 by Samsung and this TV is completely astonishing. The picture on this TV is breathtaking given you have the devices and the content to push this TV to its top performance. You will not be disappointed with JS9500, whether you're a movie watcher or a gamer this TV is absolutely top notch.

Spectacular picture. Blu-Ray's look phenomenal. The breakout box makes connecting everything a snap. I highly recommend this TV. The only negative is you don't want to watch too much in 4K or you won't be able to watch regular HD.

I purchased a Samsung UN65JS9500F 65" UHD TV with a Samsung 4K Blue Ray player. The TV has a great picture. The Blue Ray player does not have a counter on it, and the remote is hard to use--too small and buttons are hard to press accurately.

This TV in unbelievable. The quality of the picture in unreal. The sound bar is a must have to really make this TV complete. Very easy to use and great features! I highly recommend this TV if you are looking for a top tier TV.

I spent many months researching 4K TV's and weighed the pros and cons for this model and several others. After owning this model I'm convinced this was the best choice. Combined with the new Samsung 4K DVD 8500 player, just released, you really can experience the utmost 4K visual experience and HD sound. Also, I like the remote that can be configured to control all devices and I particularly appreciate the separate outboard unit containing all the input and output ports. This receptacle device can be stored out-of-sight within a TV stand's cabinet. This is the first TV that does not have wires plugged into it's side or back.
