Our new curve tv really enriches the viewing experience. I wondered if the curve feature was really such a big deal and I can say it sure is.

Picture quality is very good. We like the smart tv features

did not fully comprehend just how great the picture would be when streaming content. We will probably be viewing most movies from home, saving in the long run!

The picture is sharper than the previous 60" Samsung (240 Hz) one we had. The many features it has are amazing and fun. Keep up the development process Samsung.

I brought the TV a month ago. I'm currently having the screen replaced due to a defect on the screen. A dark image appearing on the right side. It permanent on all settings and on all channels. The image its circular and oblong at times. It changes size of image while the tv is on ...Some days it can be worse. The technician has come out to look and diagnose the tv. And has recommended to replace the TV panel. I would have given it 5 stars but can't really under the current circumstances. I would have to wait and see how this will turn out. I'm currently waiting on a delivery on the TV . It's been over a week and no response from the Samsung or the technician. Just that they will call me as soon as possible.

What a picture. We did a great deal of research and thinking about this purchase. We had a 55" 3D Samsung but once we saw this, we decided it was time to upgrade and we are very happy we did!!! It is so awesome to see the detail that we have been missing!!!

Samsung TV's are the standard in our home. We love the quality and the innovation they put into their sets. They are a class act and Best Buy is always knowledgable about products when I shop there. Great product and great shoping experience.

I love the clarity of detail and color as well as all the bells and whistles . The downside is that the voice recognition randomly comes on when not asked for . Also the Samsung extra occasionally comes on without being prompted to. Even going through the menus to address these issues is very confusing and will require a further on-line chat with geek squad to resolve these issues . One big downside is the fact that a 3-D tv should include more than one pair of glasses with the set considering the price point and the fact there is usually more than one person in a household. My wife was not happy about having to pay more money for additional pairs.

I just got this TV, and what a horrible experience. This at least should be a close to perfect TV, specially when it has full array. First, I had the remote replace do to pointer and remote been defective, modern board, power board, etc, etc. After two weeks, Clouding in dark scenes, movies or in regular programming started to appear. And I found out the TV has Black uniformity including bad Grey uniformity, which it should not be, specially on such expensive TV. I had contacted geek squad because I had purchased their extended warranty, and after scheduling the date for repair they did not show up, and I lost a whole day of work and they never called. And I called again and I was told they would get back with me in two days prior to the day of their visitation, buy they never called. I contacted Samsung directly and they had their own technician come to my house. And he was very kind about helping me out and very disturbed about my treatment and experience of the purchase of my TV. He checked it out and said it is defective, but do that it is under warranty he first had to try to fix it. So far I've had the remote control replaced, the modern board, the power board, and Still have problems with it. I did not give an earlier review because I wanted to be as fair as possible. And sadly this is the outcome. I really hope you take this reviews seriously and I hope you'll never have this experience.

Most of the things and specs are to like about the tv, however that is expected when you buy something that costs more than $3500. What i have had trouble is the internet connection. I have been told that it is the internet provider, however all other devices connect just fine but not this tv. This tv fails to connect almost everyday and if it ever connects, cannot run much of anything online. Not samsung nor anyone has been able to give me a straight answer about the issue. I am wondering if one needs to have a much higher capacity modem/router. The voice commands on this tv are absolutely a joke. The (mis)-understanding of your commands from this tv are close to an imbecile level. Otherwise everything else is good-great. I am yet to try the 3D capacity so will give that review at another time.

Bought this TV for my home theater and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the TV in all aspects. The technology that comes with this TV has literally astounded me. There is plenty of 4K content (movies, documentaries, etc. that can be accessed through the apps that come with the TV and if you have Direct TV, as I do, they can provide you with a 4K mini Genie where you can download 4K programming. This is the 4th Samsung HD TV that I have owned and I am absolutely pleased with this TV.

Picture is very good from all angles. The curve screen adds 3D somewhat.

Love this TV. Had to get used to remote and continue to use Directv remote most of the time. I have a very bright den and this TV (65" JS9500) stands up to the light very well. No complaints at all.

The curved screen gives more depth to everything on screen. Watching 4K movies or movies in 3D is terrific.

Had seen the curved TV's on display long before we were ready to buy. Very happy we went with the curved TV. Picture quality beyond expectations. Feels like you are in the room with the people on TV.

I wanted a 75" but the price was out of my reach. Luckily i got this one open box great savings .I have a ps3 game system and the 3d movies look outstanding now when i go to the theater the movies look to dark and dull can not wait for the movies to come on blue ray 3d Love this tv my wife was not looking for 3d but now she loves it.

After much research we chose this product for it's picture quality and update ability. This is awesome, stunning picture. Love 4K.
