TV went out after just 3 weeks and instead of giving me a new one, I have to wait 3 weeks to for someone to come repair it!

We purchased this coming up on 3 months ago after doing much research and had our choices narrowed to 3, all very close options. We went with the Samsung because of the curved screen. It is a really nice option, as there really is very little, of any change in the picture, whether sitting directly in front or to the side. Getting it home, it was a super easy setup. This 65" 4K TV replaced a 60" HDTV - and the 4K is incredible - beautiful, sharp, clear. We weren't really sure we wanted a 3D TV but decided to go the extra $300 (plus another $200 for the top Samsung 3D Blu-ray player!) and so glad we did! Watching 3D blu-rays is incredible, equal to if not better 3D than a movie theater. My only complaint which I would take away a star for if the rest wasn't so great - for a TV at the price level paid, it came with ONE PAIR of 3D glasses? Extra glasses are $19 each! I doubt many people pay this much for a TV and are then watching it alone. I bought 2 extra pair of glasses which is just wrong. At the least, a TV should come with 2 pair of 3D glasses. One other cool thing though - the TV will "convert" regular TV and movies to a slight form of 3D. It has the effect - but not as pronounced as watching real 3D blu-ray. We did try watching an On Demand 3D streaming movie and it was not good at all and I'm sure it's from the signal and just not fast enough (or enough, period) data coming through. Perhaps when our cable provider gets the fiber optic lines and speed it will be better. But 80-90% of what we watch is regular cable or blu-ray and we're more than happy with the quality of the picture!

I bought this TV and did my due diligence with researching the features and reading reviews. Rarely did I find a bad review for this TV. Everything is as advertised and more. Easy to set up and delivery from Best Buy was easy and flawless. Some features we are still learning and even though the sound on the TV is good I would recommend speakers or a sound bar. I will only buy Samsung from now on. All in all we are happy wit the purchase we made. Hope you are too!

Good salesman they know their products first hand and treat the customer right

I love the Samsung curve tv and all its features. The downfall of this tv was the Samsung customer service! I was not impressed with the overseas customer service and long wait times. After purchasing a soundbar from a different brand Vizio, the issue of a delayed screen and sound arrayed. Samsung made no effort in assisting with the problem until I spoke to the 4th transfer with a manager.

Realistic color, Bright display, Attractive design, and Overall Great for a Corner Placement!!! There are so many wonderful choices these days and the decision to purchase this particular tv was a huge one for us, as we make purchases like this so infrequently and needed to rethink and stretch our original budget to do so. But we couldn’t be happier that we chose this particular model! For us, it was definitely worth the splurge!!! We had some initial reservations about curved vs. flat as we’d heard varying opinions about the curve. However, any worries we might have had were quickly resolved! Another concern we had was location; the only place it could go in our room was in the corner and we were not mounting it but putting it on a stand. Well, I am thrilled to report that we definitely made the right choice! In my opinion, the curved design seems to be ideal for a corner placement! As many other reviewers have pointed out, you are drawn into the picture from every spot in the room. We concur. It’s like being part of the action. As for the features, clarity and color, this tv is amazing, awesome and top notch in every way! So if you are at all on the fence the way we were, hope this review helps dispel your doubts. It is just so cool to watch....like being at the movies! Can’t wait to explore all the additional options now available to us. We just love it and feel very fortunate to own it!

Beautiful, curved look awesome and the picture is amazing.

I don't review anything I buy often but I felt a need to just say, GET THIS TV! This TV is amazing in 3D but what just amazed my wife and I even more was when we discoverd it could translate ANYTHING into 3D! We play video games, watch movies that were never made in 3D in 3D. This is amazing quality and the technology to translate 2D display is amazing. Also, sports mode makes things look more real life. Amazing stuff.

My wife and I are still marveling, 6 months later, how shows we've seen before now look so much better. I still don't think I've mastered all of the capabilities of this TV, but what I've seen so far is great. The only issue I've had is with the visual control, so I turned that off, because every time somebody raised their hand in the air, the TV thought we were trying to issue a command. The colors are beautiful, but the blacks are not as black as I thought they would be - I still get some shade rings in very dark scenes, but that doesn't happen often. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and the magic wand remote control.

I ended up with this TV after first trying the Samsung 8500 and the Sony 850. I like this one the best by far. Wonderful colors and picture quality. Also great input lag for gaming. Strongly recomend!!

I have my curve on the wall, it shows a great picture, a my wife says you love your new toy. My reply was baby you love that picture also. She couldn't stop smiling. I'm ready for the Super Bowl!

I bought this TV during the Labor Day sale and I can't believe the difference that 4K resolution makes. I always thought it wasn't worth the upgrade yet but I am glad I made the jump. 4K streaming looks amazing and Samsung and Sony are set to release the first true 4K disc players this holiday season so it was a good time to get this TV while it was on sale. I will be purchasing the Samsung 4K player when it releases as well to get true uncompressed 4K quality.

When you are creating your home masterpiece of a home theater, remember, the TV is not only the canvas, but also the centerpiece in which will be displayed to all. This purchase completed my MASTERPIECE. Like we say in Big Boy Land; "Go BIG or go home". The Samsung 65" Curved 4K UHD TV is all Oohhhs & Aahhhs! You, nor your audience will be disappointed.

This is such a GEEAT tv. 4K 3D curved my wife's present for Xmas. Had help from friend to hang it up which was different from say any other brand of Tv. The Samsung way has a separate box that you plug hdmi cables in. No problem at all for me but you may want to ask BB employees about it. Love my tv but not more than my wife. Close though

Amazing picture and sound even without the curved soundbar. The only downside is the 3d glasses eat the battaries.

Best tv in this price range. Tons of features Great picture. Paid 1799. No need for a sound bar as this set has way better than average sound. Curve kinda makes tv look abit bigger. Nice design. Glad I got this set. Remote has good features but small for my big hands.

Very clear and bright picture. Curved screen reduces glare from outside light sources.

Returned a JS9000 55 inch for this JU7500 65 inch . Price was $200 less and I feel the extra 10 inches was well worth the downgrade. Picture was just as good and I dont have much 4k content yet and doubt HDR is coming to my neighborhood anytime soon. Excellent tv and well worth the price.

I wasn't into the whole curved TV thing, but when I went in to buy a flat panel there was a great deal on this curved TV that I just couldn't pass up. I am so glad that I found this deal because I can;t imagine having another TV.
