User friendly, I upgraded from a 2011 LG model and there is no comparison. Clarity of picture is ousts ding and the 3D presentation is far beyond expectations. Good job Samsung, you will make a believer out of me yet.

TV image quality is great. If you plan on mounting the TV above 3' from the floor, plan on buying an extension cord and having to make a rigging scheme to keep the cords out of sight. The power cord that comes with the TV is ridiculously short. Samsung doesn't make a longer cord, so you can't even purchase a long cord. The cord is also seems to be some weird proprietary invention, so you can't even swap it out with a standard/generic long cord. I don't understand why they decided to cut corners on the power cord for such an otherwise magnificent TV.

The TV: This television produces an absolutely beautiful picture, especially in 4K. Streaming in 4K on Netflix or Amazon Prime is breathtaking. The colors are bright and contrast is excellent, although they washout at steep angles. That being said, Color washout is a shortcoming of LCD technology, not this particular TV. The screen is remarkable in its ability to reduce glare. The curve of the screen is attractive but is little more than a gimmick in my opinion. The base is very stable, resisting all but intentional shoves. The Operating System: The user interface is smooth, pretty and very user friendly - very smartly designed. The apps are some of the nicest looking and easy to use that I have seen, much like a Windows Phone. HOWEVER, there are many popular entertainment apps that are not available for this system. The ones that are, tend to be buggy and don't play well with the smart remote and updates are few and far between, unfortunately, also much like a Windows Phone. Android and Roku based Smart TVs currently rule in the TV apps market so if you are cord-cutter and are looking for a Smart TV with a plethora of apps, you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, this a fantastic TV!

I love this tv, from 4k to the fastest interface for video games. to 3D glasses and HDR. I think that i will have this tv for 10 years and then i will get a OLED 8k TV. but until then this tv will be my favorite tv.

I bought the UN65JU7500FXZA (65inch), after much debating. I'm Samsung loyal as their products have never done me or my family wrong. I was researching the 2015 and 2016 models. This TV gave me the best of everything and was on sale as it's a 2015. It was much larger and offered more than some of the very expensive 55inch TV's in my opinion. The only thing that bums me out is that there are not many (if at all) shows or games that are 4k yet...so this TV tends to make what were great graphics on my old 2006 Samsung look like child's play graphics... The TV is great for well lit or dim rooms as it automatically brightens and dims the screen for you so your eyes get the best picture without strain. I can watch my tv and see the full curved screen picture form right beside it. It's really amazing, and this TV isn't side lit which will give you about an inch of bright "sunbleached" color in your picture. Once I saw that I knew all the other newer TV's had nothing on this one. It's got plenty of storage, so I have Netflix, hulu, HBO go, and several others including my PlayStation Network (PSN) games!!! The guy in the store told me only a Sony TV offered that but he obviously didn't have a clue :) If you are teetering on buying this TV...Quit, just do it!

I bought this TV and I think it looks great! The picture quality is amazing and all the other features with it. Smart TV, internet connection, etc. I did not have any issues. I use Youtube, Pandora, Netflix without any problem.

OVERALL, THE TV WAS GREAT, BUT IF YOU'RE GOING TO SPEND OVER $2K ON A TV, YOU MIGHT AS WELL GET THE BEST THERE IS...

Amazing TV excited with the visual effects and Geek Squad

First off, the picture is quite good. But so are the pictures on most the other TVs. This model and several other come with what Samsung calls a "Smart Remote" which does not have a number of buttons usually found in just about every other remote. Two of those buttons are "Fast Forward" and "Rewind". For a smart TV featuring 100s of streaming apps, a basic requirement would be to fast forward and rewind content and it is not possible to do that. Some apps like Netflix and Youtube provide a software option to achieve that feature. It is much more cumbersome that pressing the FF and REW buttons on the remote but the feature exists. With apps like HBOGo, there is no way to fast forward or rewind content. Huge bummer. BTW, if you have a non-smart remote from another Samsung TV (have one from 2009), the fast forward and rewind buttons work as they should when playing HBOGo on the "smart" tv. So HBOGo does support fast forward and rewind features in their app. The Samsung "smart" remote does not provide a way to send those signals. I regret making this purchase and hopefully other looking to make this purchase can make an informed decision.

Dark backgrounds are plagued with milky way effects. Not a pure black. When there is no signal, it is pure black. But when you are watching anything with blacks and very dark backgrounds, there are streaks of white in it. I have two of these curved 7500's and they both do the same thing. Pretty good audio out of these speakers compared to flat screens.

The tv has a well known issue with the Connect Mini (the box that comes with it where you plug in things like the cable box and Blu Ray player) that Samsung has been unable to fix. Many users, like myself, fired up our tv's for the first time to have it go into an endless loop of "Updating TV Software", restarting, and then trying to update again. During this process, you can't do anything. I have searched this on AV forums and many others have had the same issue. Samsung customer support was completely useless. I have no choice but to return the tv and hope the next one doesn't have the issue. This is a major, unacceptable letdown. Image shown below...

First the good... The size is perfect for a medium sized viewing room. The brightness and resolution are fantastic. Built in sound is as good as I've heard on any television. The only consideration about the viewing experience is that you may want to get the non-curved version of this set if you have lamps or other sources of light on when watching, as the curve results in bright spots from the panoramic reflection. 3d quality is stunning. Now the bad: the SmartHub/Tizen experience has made this television more of a frustration than a pleasure. I manage a team of software test engineers for a fortune 50 company and am about as technical as they come, so I'm not the problem. The menus and such are friendly and we'll executed. What spoils the experience is that FAR more often than not (like 70 percent of the time) I'm unable to access Netflix, Amazon, or any of the other content because of an issue in Samsung's data center. Seems that Samsung insists that you don't connect to these services directly, but rather through their data center through your mandatory Samsung account, and when there are issues on Samsung's end, no workie. I've done more factory resets than I can count and have had at least three system updates render the television unusable for days on end. I've recently disconnected the television from the net all together and simply stream my content through a Roku, which works well, but is unfortunate given that the smart features, Tizen OS and associated hardware in the television make up for about 30 percent of the cost. Definitely would not purchase another Samsung television, though their other appliances (I own induction range, washer, dryer and dishwasher) have worked flawlessly. They're not as "smart." :)

Very good picture quality and 4K limited 4 K content that I find to play looks awesome. The software on the TV is slow and takes a while for all the apps to connect after restarting.
