Decent TV for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've had the TV for a few weeks. So far, it looks great! The remote controller is a little hard to use though and youtube does not seem to work. But the TV itself is good.

It reminds you everytime you dismiss and turn it on again. So pretty much twice a day. Also the eco sensor is very dark. You have to set it to off.

Poor Quality and Service

TV is still under warranty but Samsung has failed to either repair or replace it. Samsung's customer service call center is a disaster with hour long wait times just to talk to someone. I strongly recommend that you consider another brand of UHD TV.

Great curved tv but needs some improvement
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tv itself looks great but has some issues.the remote is not that easy to use specially when you want to choose a channel. You have to go to menu in order to see the numbers or with my old Samsung 55" I just press the numbers.its obvious. The broadcasting with the antenna doesn't really work. I did call Samsung for that and they help me out but the channels still freezing.finally,the 3D glass is useless because I have just one glass,I usually watch tv with my family,so....or in the Manuel ,Samsung say the tv comes with 4 3D glass.i will definitely recommend it to a friend because I like Samsung and the Samsung support team is always there to help.
