WORST PURCHASE FOR A TV

I purchased the Geek Squad plan and they have been out twice already and tv still doesn't work. They scheduled a third appointment to replace the main panel on the set, making it three weeks without a tv. They called their service center and was informed that Samsung knows of the issue with the set but doesn't have a fix for it. I don't know what good replacing the panel is going to do since Samsung doesn't have a fix for the set. They replaced the main board but it didn't fix the problem. Wouldn't recommend a Samsung to anyone.

Returned for same series flat tv which i absolutely love. Would not own a curved tv based on glare in room with windows and natural light.

Very disappointed

Reviews for the Samsung were very good, however my experience was not. Samsung customer service may have been the worst I have ever had to deal with.
