    I've owned this TV for about 3 months now. Although the picture quality is outstanding there is a lot of glare unless you are viewing the TV straight on. My biggest complaint though is when using apps such as Hulu, Amazon and Netflix etc. the TV locks up frequently and I have to turn off the TV to reset it. Another glitch seems to be connecting via wifi. It will connect to my wireless router but says there is no internet connection. Every other TV and device in the house however is connecting fine. After days of frustration I've found the only solution seems to be; I have to disconnect the power supply to the TV then go through the process of resetting the internet connection on the TV. What a pain. Too many software problems. I wish I'd never bought it.

    Bought newest tv, It had a beautiful picture but after 3.5 weeks it quit working. It's still under Samsung's warranty. Called Samsung they sent a new remote. Still won't work. So called Buy, they scheduled repair then said since still under Samsung warranty they have to take care of it. Samsung then emailed and said we were not in their service area. So at this moment we have a $2200.00 paper weight. Neither samsung nor Best Buy are are being very helpful.

    So I purchased this TV on October 2016, great image no problems until December when it just shut off on me while I was watching it. I called Best Buy but of course they didn't care and I didn't buy the extended warranty so I had to go thru Samsung who had it repaired within one week... Now I have lines on my screen and need a SECOND repair! I'm afraid that by the time I reach the one year warranty I'm going to have broken record on repairs! Definitely not worth the price... I paid $1400 for it! Save yourselves some headaches and find something else. You are welcome!

    Great TV, Broken Prior To Setup

    I've been debating whether or not to purchase a newer TV for our house, since the largest we had prior to today was a Samsung 50" 1080p model that looks too small for our family room. I was originally considering the UN65KU6300FXZA, which I looked at yesterday (11/18/2016). The employees mentioned and demonstrated the capabilities of the SUHD models, in comparison to the UHD models. My buying decision was halted after seeing the models side-by-side, so I left and stated that I'd be back. I came back today to show my wife the quality of the UHD and SUHD TVs. I ended up getting this model instead, after hearing the Samsung specialist say that the curved models provide better viewing angles for larger rooms (the employees from yesterday stated that the curved models had been experiencing problems, I should've listened to them). We took the TV home and left the house again to go be "responsible adults." I finally made it home to setup the TV after waiting nearly 4 hours to get to the store (I took my wife to the doctors office during the late morning and early-mid afternoon, the wait was awful and the practice was operating unusually slow), and another 4 hours to run unexpected errand and pickup my nephew during the mid afternoon - mid evening. I'm immediately greeted to an unpleasant odor upon opening the box, but think nothing of it. I take the packaging off of the TV and accessories, and proceed with preparing everything for first use. I'm surprised with a damaged unit after experiencing such an eventful day! The display panel is busted near the bottom left porting of the screen. The one thing that I was looking forward to the entire day is broken, and I'm unable to take it back because the store is already closed. I'm left with an expensive paperweight overnight, and am doubtful that the store will exchange the unit, despite no physical damage being present on the unit and packaging. The TV is great, but this is based solely on the display unit in the store.

    I have 3months with this 65inch, curve Samsung TV. In the beginning I noise would be constant there when the TV was on, poor color quality only Netflix would be super clear. My dog slam his tail on the right bottom corner and the screen crack, which I have no idea how it seems crack when is on but looks perfectly when off. I can't watch tv it turns off in 2 second. The insurance nor Samsung will not cover this is not consider a technical problem. I still need to continue to pay this TV and pay for a new screen. Very disappointed Samsung will not help me at least pay for the screen and I will pay the labor. The screen is way too fragile I don't recommend this 65inch curve Samsung. .

    I have contacted Best Buy and Samsung and have gotten NOWHERE..there is a glich in the audio and no one cares..Do Not buy this TV. I received a 2nd one with the same exact problem and when I contacted Samsung they told me there were NO reported recalls on this model with this problem. Yet it was on both sets. Live TV, recorded TV, doesn't matter when listening there's a hiccup where you can detect a blank when listening to people speaking, singing and whatever. Very annoying. Multiple syllable words Not coming threw. You will hear on a word such as "multiple" you could hear something like "tiple" or "mul ple". It's very obvious.

    Worst curved tv

    This tv is cheaper for a reason, terrible quality, my own fault for not doing more research, also, learned that u get WAY more glare on a curved tv than a regular flat screen. Use curved tvs in low lit rooms only, we have a large picture window and need to close the curtains during the day to watch. We are exchanging this tv.

    Television was packed with no screws, so I cannot assemble the base to the television which means I cant watch it. so while it may be a perfectly good TV, I wont know for another 7-10 business days because they have to send the screws by snail mail (will not express mail them). Also the screws are Samsung specific and I cant just go buy them somewhere else. Very poor service by Samsung. They should have expedited some screws. I mean really!!!

    Lost Color on half of screen! Done with Samsung!!!

    After 3 years of light use, the tv suddenly lost much of the color on half of the screen, so I'm watching full color on one side and a distorted color to no color on the other side. Very disappointed given the cost of the unit. I believe this will be my last Samsung purchase since I have had issues with other Samsung products I have purchased. I see they have lost their focus on quality. All my other tvs from other brands are still working like new....some are older than this set.

    Unless you like fixing stuff yourself don't buy. I've read a few hundred reports of the same thing happening to people only after 2 to 3 years of use. I had a plasma tv that lasted over 10 years of heavy use from my gamer son. I'll have to buy and replace the LED strips now to get rid of the purple spots on my screen. You've been warned.

    Purchased this tv for my 73 years old father . He watches maybe a hour of tv a day so it has had very little use now not even 3 years latter it totally went out on him it it turns and then turns off before the screen even comes on . So disappointed I would of expected more than 2 years of use on a tv . Can’t believe Best Buy carries such terrible products ....

    My TV stopped turning on shortly after my warranty ended and I was charged to fix it- This TV is not cheap it shouldn't have problems that fast my TV was 1 year and 1 month old when I started experiencing these problems ...

    I reviewed products for months. When it was time to finally pull the trigger, I went to my local store to purchase the Sony X810c. The sales guy talked me into this purchase. In the store, things seemed great.... After getting it home and calibrating....was terrible to see the results. The black level was great...but this TV is awful for handling motion. The upscaling was terrible and the overall picture was disappointing. This tv is already short on hdmi connections, so when one went out the same day, I had no issue returning. I exchanged for the Sony and I am so glad I did. Don't buy this. Please don't waste your time. Samsung has failed to live up to the hype and I will not purchase another one of their products. Sony all the way. If you are interested or question my feedback, check out the review of the 6300 series on rtings site that just reviewed this tv. It came out the day I bought it. The 6500 is the same tv except has the curved screen. PS Best Buy was great with the return.

    Do Not Buy A SAMSUNG product. Do your research on your vendors first. Look at blogs for problems. Samsung does not support there products. Yes they will answer the phone but will not have an answer. My TV has never connected to Netflix or any other Movie vendors and the wireless internet never works right. I have spent days of hours trying to fix it. Now it always cuts out because they cannot get the right software on it. I used to thing they were the tip vendor but they do not have technical staff to support product. My TV is now just 2 years old and now I have to replace it.

    Loved this tv at first. Bought the two year extended warranty. Six weeks later the screen went out. Best Buy wouldn't replace the tv. Now waiting for two weeks for the replacement part. Never buying from Best Buy or Samsung again. Miss the old days of customer service.

    Best Buy has lost a long-time customer

    Bought this TV less then 30 days ago. Remote has never worked so can't access Smart TV. Called and BB let me know that in order to replace the remote, I would have to buy their extended warranty. That smacks of bad business and definitely bad profit.
