I have to press the up down left or right arrows i kid you not like 20 times before it works. Super fristrating because jothing is stuck and its a brand new TV. the smartthings app isnt user friendly and the remote from that app doesnt work because it says my TV is offline which cant be true because im literslly watching it now?

Sound isn’t the best but not bad at all. Inputs have a slight delay but again not terrible. For $400 I don’t think you can beat it.
