It just means that a function or certain settings are not available based on the current source, settings, or connections. For example, some options may be grayed out if you are currently watching content from an app or external device. Long press the 'Return' key on your remote to exit the program you are in and go back to the menu - all settings should now be available. ~Samsung Advisor

A: Hello I purchased this tv as well it is sturdy and has not fall. I also have one wall mounted. If you have kids and need to be sure you can purchase the VIVO TV Anti-Tip Heavy Duty Dual Cable, Non Tipping Safety Strap Kit for Flat Screen and Furniture Mounting STAND-SK02 $12.99 on Amazon. Hope this helps.
Q: How is the sound on this tv? Where are the speakers?
A: Its pretty weak overall and not much bass or volume unless you crank it way up. Its sad that nice TVs are expecting you to add a soundbar or speakers if you want any good sound. Its not immersive and such as the Samsung rep reports, its ok and fine for watching tv shows.
